Cashing out is a joke

After playing over 16 hours of play I was upto 1,600.00 but rep said the bonus is 10x dep.I looked at bonus and thiers 2 350% codes.1 says 10x cashout but the code I used didn't say this nor can I find the info.I cashed out mybe 2 other times and it took awhile.Anyway I cashed out the 300.00 and thiers 1,300.00 still in my account.They said that when u make playthrough all funds will be removed except what I can get 300.00 but was told it was lower like 150.00 becouse they need to take the bonus out.I stopped playing here becouse when u cashout it takes over 4 weeks if lucky to get funds.Thier sister site keeps tossing offers at me and good bonus but I'm not going to dep here anymore.If I can't get what I win,thiers no sense in dep anymore. I was going to use some of the withdraw funds to play at paradise 8 casino..I've emailed them meny times with no answers yet.I tryed live chat but that stupid AI bot just repeats things over and over again.Then says connecting you to a live agent.But after 25 min sitting in chat,not 1 person joined to help me.I was going to play saterday,but not if I don't get my funds. I lose trust in any site that screws me over.

Stay away

I used to really like this casino a lot. Withdrawals would take about a week. But all of the sudden because I won using cashback they waited two weeks before sending me an email saying they needed me to revering my account and then told me that the withdrawal will take at least 12 days after my account was verified to recieve the withdrawal.
