i must say that the first months in this casino i received each week free bonuses being either free spins or free cash into account. after few months like this i decided to deposit and made a normal deposit of 30€ for being the first, played in a couple of great graphical games just managed to mantain the prizes for half an hour of playing reached up to 300 then all went in turbo charged to zero.. i cant mention the effectivness of cash out problems nor the chat communication

This casino is fun to play at if you like habanero games but after a while it becomes boring as most games are more or less the same things just with different pictures. They do email me many bonuses but to be honest I prefer playing elsewhere. The one time I tried to withdrawal took 3 weeks and that was with constant annoying of support so they would pay it.

The only deposit options are Neteller and Skrill, those two options have not been available to Australian players and people in general for about a year now I think? Its been quite a while. I went onto chat to ask this exact question. First I confirmed that Australian players are in fact allowed, apparently yes. Then I asked how are Aussies supposed to deposit and the answer I got was "What do you mean there are deposit options?" Obviously this is a MASSIVE REG FLAG. The casino itself had no idea that they are apparently open to Aussie players but that the reality is, no Australian has ever made a legitimate deposit there, because we cant, there simply are 0 depositing options for Aussies and how they are unaware of this and still running an operation at all is beyond me, seriously it blows the mind. This casino is a scam!!! I have played at over 50 online casinos and this by far is the worst. They advertise that if you deposit a certain amount of money that you will get 'free' spins but there is nothing free about it. The money you deposit actually pays for the so called 'free' spins that you receive. When you don't win anything with your free spins they take your deposit away and say that it was used for the free spins that were purchased. I have never seen an online casino work this way and their customer service people were the worst for trying to resolve this issue. This whole casino is a really big scam and should be investigated and shut down.
