Won over $8500 on a no rules bonus. When I tried to withdraw my winnings my account balance immediately went from $8500 to $30 instantly. The $30 was my deposit refunded to me and the rest of my winnings were wiped clean. They fabricated a story regarding some hidden stipulations and kept my entire balance. Then I was banned and they won't respond to any of my messages. They don't even have a phone contact. Extremely shady, fraudulent, and Chipy should be ashamed to endorse them. They are obviously crooks and I brings Chipy.coms integrity into question.

Offers free spins but doesn’t payout
So about 2 years ago I had just gotten into the online gambling scene and I had a rather unfortunate experience with casino extreme. I had won't like $4 and some change and turned it into a couple hundred bucks, from there i was credited the $50 take home payout and when I tried to withdrawal came across the identity verification method and completed it only to find myself wait for 4-5 days just to be told I had multiple accounts which there was no evidence brought forward to prove so, just a no! And have a blessed day. Well a week ago I introduced my father to the scene and similar situation happened and he was denied his free winnings as well with the same excuse, I just recently moved by him so I don't believe that our up addresses were similar considering he lived 1600 miles away from me when I last got on the website from my phone. Non payment
After completing all the proper steps and going through all the proper channels they did not pay me out a $700 redemption claiming that I played a restricted game from between the time the withdrawal was initiated to the next time I deposit, meaning the coupon although approved to be withdrawn was not honored since it had violated the bonus terms, which they commonly block out when restricted.

Payouts within 30 minutes, great game selection, and customer service is usually quick to respond and helpful. Another big factor is management....on at least one occasion I have pushed to escalate a matter beyond customer service staff to management, and George Moore resolved the matter in a way that was quite fair to me (for which I am quite appreciative). In my experience, I think this casino is the best I've come across. I have a very old account on Extreme and I've never had any problems playing or withdrawing money. My go to casino with one major flaw
I play at Extreme daily and genuinely believe they have one of the best kickback programs around. You receive cashback and get a round of free spins after every deposit over $25. However, you have to request it, and that’s where the issues start. While you will always receive what you’ve earned, there’s no doubt about that, any questions outside the usual process are often met with rude, short, and dismissive customer service. I’ve been a regular since January of 2021, what’s most enticing about Casino Extreme is the ability to cash out and receive the $$ within minutes. Now trying to actually win more than $30-$170 is more than unlikely, and the more you deposit the less it pays. Severely disappointed.
Sneaky, but not so sneaky bonus terms and conditions. The withdrawals are fast and all, and you can have fun with it. Don't get me wrong. But this is why I will never play here with my own $ again.
So I finally decided to go for a%125 bonus amount the other day with low wagering, and I did know that it says the bonus amount is not withdrawal able. I threw in $140 However what I failed to understand is that you have to MINUS this amount from your "real balance" after your bonus turnover, so you think you have a lot of $ left afterwards but it's really not. I made it to the amount I deposited after turnover which mind you STAYED PERFECTLY AT HALFWAY THROUGH until I finally managed to reach the end. Then it's sitting right at the same amount I deposited almost, if not less, and then nothing would hit buggar all and I fought as long as I could just to go back to the original amount I deposited not even that, maybe like $100 to withdrawal but wth, why not right? you play every single hot game you never played before, every favourite game you seen hit before, and think maybe you can hit the double up but no. Took awhile to jump through their hoops and what not when it came time to try and get my first winnings withdrawal. But they're ok with how many promos and free spins they tend to give out.
