Hi @OrangeEnjoyer, 😃

First, let's understand what a Baccarat chart is.

It's a tool used by some players to track the outcomes of previous rounds in a game of Baccarat. The idea is that by observing patterns in these outcomes, they might be able to predict future outcomes and adjust their betting strategy accordingly. This is based on the gambler's fallacy and it's important to note that in a game like Baccarat, each round is independent and the outcome of a previous round has no influence on the next one.

Now, onto reading the chart:

  • Red and Blue Circles: The most basic element of a Baccarat chart is the red and blue circles. A red circle represents a Banker win, and a blue circle represents a Player win. These circles are usually arranged in a grid, with each new outcome added to the right of the previous one. When the grid is full, new outcomes are added in a new row below.

  • Ties and Pairs: Ties are usually represented by a green line across the circle of the round before the tie occurred or a green dot (as seen above). Player and Banker pairs are typically indicated by a dot or line in the upper left corner of the circle for Player pairs and the upper right corner for Banker pairs.

  • Big Road: This is the main road and it's where the outcome of every round (excluding ties) is recorded. If the outcome is the same as the previous round (e.g., Banker, Banker), the circle is placed below in the same column. If the outcome changes (e.g., Banker, Player), the circle is placed in the next column.

  • Derived Roads: These are the Bead Plate, Big Eye Boy, Small Road, and Cockroach Pig, and they're derived from the Big Road. They're more complex and they're used to record patterns (e.g., alternating wins, streaks) rather than individual outcomes. Each has its own specific rules for how to mark different patterns.

Here’s  an example of the Cockroach Pig:

Remember, while Baccarat charts can be fun to use and might help you spot trends, they don't provide any real advantage in a game of Baccarat. The game is purely one of chance, and past outcomes don't affect future ones.

Always gamble responsibly!

I hope this helps and give our how to win at baccarat guide a try, to learn more about reading the charts!
