In Baccarat, the term "Dragon" refers to a side bet known as the Dragon 7 Bonus. The Dragon Bonus is an additional wager players can make alongside their primary bet, either on the Player or Banker.

This wager pays out if the hand on which the bet was placed wins with a higher natural point count or by a margin of at least 4 points.

In other words, it's not enough for your bet (Player or Banker) just to win; it needs to win big. For instance, if you've bet on the Player and the Player's hand wins with a total of 8 versus the Banker's 5, your Dragon Bonus side bet would pay out.

The payout scales up with the margin of victory, with the largest payout coming from a natural 9 winning by 9 points.

Remember, while the Dragon Bonus can be exciting and potentially rewarding (40 to 1 payout rate), it also increases the house edge. So it's important to understand the payout structure and the odds before placing this side bet.

Keep in mind that the specifics of the Dragon Bonus can vary slightly depending on the casino and the specific version of Baccarat you're playing, so always be sure to read the rules at your table before you start betting.

Happy gaming!
