Well i sign up to try the "no deposit bonus" everything went easy after the part where i had to verify my account,first comes gmail verification or the e-mail you used for it,then phone number,when i had to make it with phone number an proble ocurred that i didnt receiv any sms and it stopped sending me it,because of to many attemps,then i talked to staff,they told me no sorry you cant get it now,you are not able to make it,well via sms didnt work but there was also an "telegram"option so i asked them about more information,and very,but very rude they told me " NO YOU CANT GET IT" well i let it be there and tried next day with a new staff member,i told him the issue and that his friend was rude to me and that its not looking proffesional,he was also really rude to me telling me "just do it" just get it!! i told him sir...it says im not able to because of my phone and well one second after that i just received it without any problems without verification,i told him thanks and left the chat,games are good,high amount of different games but the staff was very rude and not professional and if you complain they get even madder at you
