I had been waiting for this casino to pay out quite patiently and then I had this alert from my bank. But instead of the $100 cash out that I was expecting, I received a return of the $25 deposit that I had made.Now let me just say that for one thing the support is amazing and I cannot say enough good stuff. They were really efficient they got my documents through right away pretty much exactly the same day as I had sent them. I was sent noticed from the people that I was going to receive my cash out and it should be up to seven business days or whatever but though I was provided a swift code reference number I don't know what that is and I'm afraid that they may have just reversed all of the transactions and that's why I received my $25 back despite the fact that I was well within all the rules of the bonuses and everything else.

This casino is ok, although I do wish it had better and more bonus promotions. I did win here and I was able to withdraw. My withdrawal had to be thru bankwire (I don't remember the reason why it couldn't be bitcoin, as that's always my 1st choice.) It took almost a week to show up in my account after they had sent me an email saying that it was paid. I would play here more often, especially now that i know for fact that they do payout, but once I won, the bonus promotions began to get real slim & there's so many other casinos that offer bonuses, even after winning, so it comes down to where can I play that my dollar will stretch the furthest.
