I won $600, played for hours going up and down and playing diff games, majority was won on same game. At some point I played a Progressive, didn't know it was a Progressive, didn't win on it. Would've already cashed out before I played it but they conveniently wanted to verify my CC again, same one I've been using to withdrawal for the last month, funny how it doesn't need to be verified upon deposits, only when you want to cash out. Anyway, kept playing waiting for the verification. I truly hoped Brango would be a reliable place to play, but my experience has been incredibly upsetting. Even when you win, there is no real guarantee you will ever receive your full payout. Their Terms & Conditions are filled with loopholes and selectively enforced rules, allowing them to void winnings anytime they wish.
Their advertising is especially misleading. They promote “no rules,” “no wagering requirements,” “no deposit hold,” and similar claims — none of which were honoured. What’s worse is that if you make a verification deposit that the casino asks you to make, they will then use that deposit as an excuse to void your winnings. You’re essentially punished for doing exactly what their system tells you to do.
It feels intentionally designed to trap players:
The system prompts you to deposit for verification.
The deposit goes through with no warning or block.
Then the casino claims that adding funds voids everything — even though they required it.
In my case, Brango kept $1,333 of my legitimate winnings. Instead of paying what I earned, they pushed me into accepting a partial payout. No reputable casino treats players this way, and the emotional frustration of losing money you rightfully won is overwhelming.
It’s extremely disappointing that casinos operating under loose regulations can get away with practices like this. Players deserve honesty and transparency — not hidden rules that only appear after you win.

Even if you by chance actually win at Brango. They will not pay your a full payout. There is so much BS rules in their terms and conditions that they can basically not pay you anytime they want. Went downhill fast!
Casino Brando used to be one of my top 3 go to casinos! I would recommend online and to friends but lately, in the last nine months or so, it's gotten really bad.
Despite regular deposits, any bonuses I was offered would never be able to redeem. I would contact customer service and was given a host of technical reasons why bonuses wouldn't work, but it was never resolved.
I'm still getting email promotions and today I attempted to unsubscribe from their emails, because like I said, they never work and here is what happened (see photos)

Cash out your winnings within a half hour at brango casino!
First of all I'm going to start off by saying that this casino is a credible place to play. Personally I have been playing at brango casino for years now. A few Keynotes about this casino are that the gameplay is fair and the payouts are fast. I have personally cashed out at least five or six times in the last month, each time for a couple hundred dollars. I like to play with the daily 51% match no rules bonus attached to my deposit to stretch my gameplay out further as well as give me more chance to hit a big win with a bit bigger of a bankroll. These are great bonuses because you only have to wager one times the amount that you deposited plus the bonus to fulfill the requirements for wagering and then there's no limit on what you can cash out. There is however $20 limit on what you can wager per hand or spin. It used to be no limit but apparently that backfired. Honestly I cash out all the time using these bonuses. I'll deposit 50 with the 51% bonus giving me $75 and I have cash out a couple hundred dollars consistently. There's a good selection of games I mean if you're looking for hundreds of games they don't have that but they do have close to 100 somewhere around there games available to play. I suggest you give this casino a try I highly recommend it I play on this platform all the time and have never any problems with deposits or withdrawals no matter what the amount was. I don't play for thousands of dollars usually so in the hundreds you're good for sure.

Huge hassle to withdraw as an existing account holder for a couple of years
My husband is having a serious issue with getting his money from Brango. We have both been account holders for a couple of years now and have made multiple deposits and withdrawals because we have verified our account as per the sites rules. They claim 24/7 customer service, yet they don’t have a live chat (with real representatives) or a phone line. There is no way to access your play history either. Bad experience
Signed up for here based on the good rating and reviews but was disappointed.
I don't know about the user reviews but I have gambled on numerous of casino sites and this one is no better than the other Realtime Gaming casinos out there.
Made two deposits, had about 200usd total with bonus money. The wagering amount was ok, but the RTP was absurd and there was zero chance in the wagering. Bonus payout was on average 5-10x, got no more than 50x and that is all, expected longer playtime for the money I put in + the bonus, but it was one-sided.
As for the chat support, was a bit confusing, got an answer fast, but the operator gave me an answer for a different question and each time same answer "no welcome bonus in your region", after I waited ten minutes got a proper answer.
After some time the deposit methods be came a nightmare here for me.
Firstly, making a deposit via bank card option redirects to Moonpay and i have to buy crypto. Whats next? I have to make a manual bank transaction to the casino bank account ?
Secondly, deposit using Skrill failed last time i made a deposit. I waited a week for funds to be returned to wallet instead they went to casino.

Great casino but rude reps!
I love this casino, I usually play here at least once a day. They're depositing and withdrawal methods are very easy and quick, which I love about them. The only thing negative is whenever I've needed to contact customer service, some of the reps will disconnect their chat instead of assisting. Once you withdraw/verify the games definitely pay differently. My advice with all online casinos with boost is to avoid promo while depo as often as you can. They have a. LOT of promo. You could certainly try one or two with acceptable terms for your play style. Paying close attention to play thru multiplier and max cashout.
You may get a big win and lose due to the cap on withdrawal or you will lose it all to the play-through. Take time to decide on depo (lots of methods but the way includes bank transfer) and what promo if any to use. I have done both clean depo (no bonus) and ones with promos that had decent terms like no max cashout or little to no play through I even tried some silly ones like super free spins and an 800% top-up.
