I signed up for this casino and after numerous emails to get a welcome bonus I deposited £80. My account was locked. I was asked to send in ID and address verification 4 days ago which I did right away. I even sent in my proof of payment method as extra ID. I then got an email to say my account was verified. I tried to log in and it was still locked. I contacted chat who said yes it’s still locked and being reviewed! they now do not answer my emails, chat disconnects me when I try to ask what’s happening and they are basically ignoring me. They have taken my £80 and run away with it. I’ve been scammed.

Before I registered with Playzee casino, I went into there site where there depositing methods are to see if they provide what I'm needing. I'm wanting a casino site that has New Zealand currency and accepts Paypal. Playzee casino clearly shows that they do have both. So I register go into depositing methods and I cant see Paypal, I then go onto live chat support inquiring about it and I get told Paypal is not available and to use another method. The one and only reason I registered was because of those two things. Not happy registering for nothing for a casino site that I will not play if cant provide my needs. Not very professional for a casino site.

despite what people say about playzee -you actually get a really decent amount of gameplay for a small enough deposit and it's the very first of many casino's I've played on where I believe the games are actually random.No stalling techniques in processing my withdrawal - within a couple of days the money was in my account without constant emailing back and forth -I emailed them the documents - they confirmed within a day that they'd been processed and all of a sudden the money hit my account.
