Joe Fortune is lost. Used to be great with lots of bonuses..it'd definitely gone downhill past year or so

I have been playing with Joe for years and deposit very regular and he used to be good but I now believe that Joe has turned bad. I can not recommend that you play at this casino.they use unfair underhanded tactics to make you not withdraw and deliberately hope that you get sick of waiting for the withdrawal and cancel it and play to zero. I've been waiting on a 25 dollar withdrawal for over three days. I've made several phone calls the latest advising that one hour I will have my money still nothing. DONT PLAY AT JOES ANYMORE.

Customer service are rude at times and since becoming on the highest rank on the site I’m unable to send a message to them I have to literally log out of my account and then message them it’s the only way it works. I’ve asked multiple times for a free cash back or spins and they never give anything in return for the amount of money I’ve given them they always say ‘sorry we have no bonuses to give you BUT we do have offers for deposit bonus’. Oh and the refer a friend bonus they offer is full of shit! I referred 2 of my friends to this site and we never got our reward.I don’t recommend them at all anymore. I'm not a huge fan of this site. It's fairly new and doesn't offer a lot as far as games go. I also don't like the setup or the way that their customer service treats you.
