It seems like when u don't login to your account after awhile,they lock u out.Ive been in and outa the hospital for surgurys and when your stuck having to rest after surgury.I goto login and it says account locked.After all the money I dep here I'm not happy..so beware you will get locked out too.lots of members have been locked out allready

They are just like Celsius Casino, if you win a good bit of money, they will make any kind of excuse to deny your withdrawal, accuse you of making a duplicate account, lock your account, won't refund your deposit, and just shut you out completely. I had one account only, I was new, and I deposited $100 to try them out, 2 hrs later I ended up winning over $1600, did my playthrough requirement, and did my kyc verification to make a withdrawal through crypto. 30 min after that, I was shut out and got stolen from, and not one email telling me anything or why this had happened. All I got from them was when I tried to log back in, it said the account was locked, we found da uplicate account, which is against our terms. And that was all I saw from them. And this all happened about 2 weeks ago.

They messaged me almost a month later about one transaction in particular. Now I paid out that money.

I started thinking about this and realized that it is their policy NOT to credit an account until they receive 6 confirmations. They never make “exceptions” to this policy. Its just how it works with them.

So I get a hold of them to point this out and get it taken care of. I am told “The decision is final”. I ask them, what about needing 6 confirmations before crediting an account. Their answer and explanation? “The decision is final.” So, they expect me to deposit ANOTHER 200.00 to bring my balance to 0 then I Could deposit again and start playing. Buyer beware… Slots.lv may try to rob you as well. No matter how long or how much money you have given them, at some point and time this could happen to you.

I selected their welcome bonus and then deposited my cryptocurrency. About fifteen minutes later when the bitcoin went through, I noticed that I did not have my two hundred percent bonus or my thirty free spins that I had paid for. I thought, oh well, no big deal. I just forgot to put it on there. So I contacted there customer service. When they informed me that I would not be getting a bonus, and I'll not be getting any free spins. I wasn't sure what this was because this is the first time I'd deposited anything with this company. The customer service agent informed me that it was a business decision, but I would not be getting any bonuses after I had already paid for them. Can anybody explain to me how this is logical or fair or ethical? If they didn't want my business, they should have inform me that there would be no more bonuses From then on. But they decided to Not refund my money and give me nothing. I still am not sure why. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.
