Really wish I read about the withdrawal times. It’s a Thursday I’ve won, I get the email saying they won’t even start to check it for 24 hours? What in the world could possibly be the reason to sit on it. Oh that’s right because it gives me the opportunity to cancel it and gamble away all my winnings, I would consider that irresponsible gambling service by casino rocket. 

They also like to use this little lie of having instant next to the withdrawal method for bank transfers which gives you the impression it’s instant, wrong. They say that’s the providers processing time, however that’s just a convenient excuse because they constantly use the provider as a scapegoat for payment delays. So how can you say the providers time is instant when you always say you don’t know how long they take. 

Falsely advertising things like that are illegal where I’m from, apparently not where casino rocket is based and letting the cash out sit around for 24 hours is an absolute joke, not to mention if it’s towards the end of the week, won’t see any money until next week now. 

I won’t play here again, and I know Casino rocket you will respond with the same absolute garbage your support staff respond with, save it. I know your tactics, I know your lies, I’m so not interested in all your stupid excuses like banks are closed weekends or we have to make sure things are secure. Other casinos can do it within an hour. They are just not scam artists like you 
Shoutout to Kyra and Ana for being particularly horrendous support agents. It’s like the clock strikes midnight and any helpful person to speak to leaves and you get the company robot.
