There is no easy way with Inclave withdrawals. Basically it takes about a month - real time - to get a withdrawal from them. It does not make a difference if you pay woth crypto or not- you have to wait it out. Im in the same situation. I requested a withdrawal  mid January....everytime I ask the date and excuses get longer. Be patient and pack breakfast, lunch & dinner.
