Overall the gameplay was outstanding with a massive selection of games from so many providers. Big welcome package was great to take advantage of.

The downside was I only played the welcome package and 3 or 4 bonuses they sent me via email to use with deposit. So once I did those, I went to take advantage of a bonus my account manager had provided me to use. I entered in when I deposited, it came up on screen accepted and took screenshot and then paid. I never recieved my free spins which in turn put me onto the help desk chat support. After a lengthy 45mins I was told that my bonus to real money was outside their levels and I couldn't use any bonuses until real money deposits only until such time they were in balance again. I had never come across this before on any platform and I do bonuses nearly all the time without issue. They told me that despite what the system showed me and the screenshot I provided, I was not able to use the bonus my account manager provided me to use. They were happy to take my money though. I went back to account manager whom in turn basically didnt even care and said oh well just do real deposits then. Not even 2 days later she sends me another bonus. I said I wont be able to use and was told, just try it and see what happens. It may work. I went back and forth with manager and chat and no one knew what they were doing, very abrupt and dismissive towards me and in then end, I told them dont bother but you can go and close my account because im not  wanting to play on an unprofessional platform where my money is being used and no one wants to give me the correct information and treat me with the decency as a client rather than just $$$$$. So in then end accounts been closed and I feel this isn't a casino for those whom like to play with bonuses fairly regularly.
