I must say I was attracted at first by the name . Sounds intriguing. The casino however was not. Just nothing amazing but nothing bad either. I'll take heed and cease participation with them though and thanks for the heads up. 

I think we should stay away from this casino, because they don't even respond to chat.

Well after reading some of these reviews I have to admit i'm a bit cautious...I received an e-mail like most of you, mine was $20 free . I needed to play through $700 which in turn I did get lucky and made it through with $217 left over...I was then informed that I needed to make a minimum deposit of $25 and in turn play through the $25 at which time I could then withdrawl the remainder...even if it's only $25 I feel a bit cautious to pull the trigger and deposit after seeing the many angered customers on lack of pay out...I do notice none of these reviews are any where close to the present date, most a couple years old...can anyone attest to this recently or presently still being an issue on withdrawl issues?...anybody successfully processed a withdrawl with no issues?

The majority of rival casinos have a bad reputation..I'm sure that ricardo's casino is not different from this rule..It's a member of the same cheating group of cash o'lot casino..they will stole your money and never payed their customers..each time they create a new reason to not pay..People have to maax avoid this scam casino.

This casino is not as bad as the other Rival casino's it seems abit more legit and fair in regards to game payouts and withdrawals. The game are really fun however the promtoional bonus offers I think they can do much better in changing it around. The customer support are really helpful and nice people they have assisted me with all my queries. So a good casino !!!

WOW - someone above is definitely on the bitter pill....I have never had any issues witht his casino. It is a good RIVAL casino - never crashes, always available and easy to navigate through. The games are exciting for the most part and I always look forward to playing them...They could do with some new ones though. Contrary to the above - customer service has always been friendly and efficient - though I have not had the above issues either. If you read well the conditions they say to you that you cannot have two accounts in the same casino or in the same brand for example Microgaming. You cannot do abuse with other accounts in the same company. If it was another company nothing would happen but you have played in the same company with several accounts. In the conditions is explained to you clear good that they close theirs the account if you do it. I hope that you have learned the lesson. For that if it happens to me to I die. I am sorry. Ricardos Casino looks very poor designed as many other Rival casinos. But i was involved here very deep when i used 7 eur no deposit coupon. I was playing so long with it but in the last wagering stage i lost everything. Some time after made some deposits but never had luck anymore.Now when i play at rival i choose other casinos like Superior or Golden LAdy. They have better designed websites than Ricardo:) Everyone has a taste, my is my:)
