I deposited at this casino and when I won they told me it would take 2 to 18 business days to process. Well, it took 25 business days and after many emails to them, they claim they have wired my winnings. That was 5 days ago and still nothing. Another issue was I won $500 and I expected that they would take off the $111 bonus but when they finally replied they said $139 was wired. They claimed the maximum payout was only 10 times deposit minus bonus. BUT it clearly stated maximum payout is 10 times bonus plus deposit. BEWARE this casino is nothing but lying thieves. If you deposit here and win be prepared for not getting paid. I am so glad I only deposited $25 and won early to find out they are thieves.

i dont know why this casino is blacklisted ! I played at this casino and its sister and i got paid ! The documents process was a little bit hard but i got paid after some days ! same old Rival games. I was told that my account balance was not cash-able because I had multiple accounts, which is true, I have a separate account on another Rival casino. I didn't know that was not allowed. I thought the rule against multiple accounts was for 2 or more on the same network AND software, I guess I read the T&C's wrong. I don't think I did though.
