Got an email saying I needed to update my password for 65 free spins. I did and was asked to update my profile. Done. Lo and behold no free spins. Then I am rudely told to do as it says in email. I take another look at the email and I had followed the instructions. He says it states its a deposit bonus. I Send him the screenshot of the email proving it does not say that anywhere and he just left me on read. If they put up this attitude when getting some spins I would hate to find out what a pain in the ass they would be when somebody tries to withdraw winnings.  Just a small helpful warning of my experience with them.

I hope you dont have mistyping errors on your deposits because it's going to take ages for the financial team resolve any issue. I've sent them the required information receipts tickets and everything the same day I had an issue with a deposit and 3 days later they asked me for the documentation (already provided). one week later they asked me again for the same documentation which was provided the very first day I reported the issue. aparently the guys handling my report did not have enough experience or possibly they just dont like me . i do not know and i dont care I WILL NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE make a deposit to this casino. sorry guys but it was a very bad experience to me...
regarding to my past coment about this casino I would like to remove it. at the end the issue was resolved. it took a Long time but it was resolved.

They run false promotions and will take your money not giving you anything, not a return on your deposit, game credit, not even the promotion. 3 days of talking to their customer support and they flat out said they are not going to adhere to their promotion, refund my deposit, or even a comp to the casino of even equal value of my deposit to them. I have screenshots of everything and screenshots from block chain of my transaction and them trying to hide it after the first 2 hour conversation with them.

I deposited today by way of Bitcoin and it was confirmed on blockchain well over 4 times and it never posted on the account and also in the transaction area of my account it didn't as well. 

I contacted support on chat and was told that they sent it to there support department and it would be 24 hours before I would hear anything.. still nothing has posted .

Placed 2nd in a tournament,  had just started playing with the winnings when my balance disappeared.  Chat support said I canceled the bonus that was why, I advised I did no such thing. Balance was put back on.  Went back to play and it disappeared again. I was then told it was removed by administration but not given a reason why. What a joke! Such a ripoff. 

Pretty cool to get the NDB for sign up, I had fun playing the FS, and the winnings from them, although I didn't make playthrough, maybe you will!
