As i wrote last August, when registered, was waiting for a no deposit to try the casino, well that happened. 10€ given after contact with live help, which was very attentive. It is shown that the casino bonus is valid for customers from Bulgaria, but after I made a registration and validated it, I met couple of issues:1. I couldn't activate the free bonus of 10 euro for registration, there was an error, that the bonus code is invalid2. I contacted the support team, after I describe my issue, the agent answer was to contact them again after some time because they have some difficulties at that moment3. After 3 hours I wrote again and the answer was given to me immediately ( I suppose that there was no check ). There are no free bonuses for my region...Please, give a correct information!That wasn't the first issue of such a kind.

the only thing that is confusing me about this casino is the fact that they say south african players are allowed to play here yet there is no option to change the currency. one has to play in euros and it is very difficult when it comes to the option of depositing because you have to now convert and the conversion rate changed on a daily. i just wish they had an option to play in your own currency

I really have very good experience with magical spin.I was even called that I would receive an offer and I was asked what I wanted. Could not believe it but not only a deposit offer but also free spins on a game I could choose myself.
