Casino needs many things to work on
Reading some reviews I find this casino not complying to my standards. Many well-known providers are missing here 1600 games isn´t a lot. Banking options are limited and withdrawal processing takes toting even ee-wallets and crypto which need a week to process. Other casinos take just min. Or the next hour max 24h.
As some of you know I went looking into the T&C.
I had some laughable moments. They state having the best providers and searching for spec. The game they'll have. But only provide +1600 games from 11 providers. Fast withdrawals.... they set a low minimum deposit... $25 is not low... 10 is low... and the last sentences with only
25 DP you can win big from the bonuses IF YOU manage to win the minimum 100$ withdrawal limits
Europe countries allowed but no € currency only $ AU$ AND CAD...
Sorry too much not to my liking.

The site is set up nice and I like the games they offer. The bonuses seem nice. The KYC is extreme. The wait time is long. Customer service is quick enough. My problem is, if you withdraw, you know longer qualify for any promotion. Not even daily spins. Ever again. If you ask why, they say "in there T&C they reserve the right to deny any promotion or bonus and it depends on customers gaming activity. The good news is i can play with no playthrough and withdraw with no limits. " when asked what I've done wrong they refuse to give me any other answer than this. No explanation. I waited a few months and tried again to see if it would change. Lost quick. Still no promos. Tried again, because i like the games they have. Not even after 100$ deposit and losing it all in minutes. No daily spins. Same story. They deserve the rights to deny promos etc..... again i ask why. Boo explanation. The only thing I did here was withdraw. Oh yeah, and when I went to withdraw they only gave me 400$ of the $800 I won saying they have the right to pay in increment. Of course I spent the other 400 because it sucked it up like a starving vampire. Anyways. Done venting

Ave then they took away all promotions and bonus because they said I was too experienced. How can you be experienced at slots. It's literaly luck of the draw. They were mad withdrew. So lame

They are the worst place to try to withdrawal from. Literally ask for so much info. They legit make you fill out forms...like wtf. So much work to just make a withdrawal. I've never had a casino make me do so much work. Also have a min. withdrawal of $100 which is so high. This place was just terrible 🙄
