Where’s the live support?
When trying to ask a question to the live support a question about something, it starts off with a bot, it then goes on to say "The team will get back to you on this. Our usual reply time is a few minutes.". Which is nonesense. After a few hours of no reply's it then goes on to say "We know that you are waiting for so long and we are so sorry for the delay. We are still here and still working toward your chat. If you can't stay on, don't worry - you can close this window, continue to explore the website/games and we’ll answer the moment an agent is assigned." After waiting another few more hours another message pops up saying "We sincerely apologize that we haven't reached you yet. We are still committed to resolving your issue and your chat remains open. Even if you aren't online when an agent joins, we will provide a full update right here so you can review it whenever you're ready. Thank you for your patience. It took almost 24 hours for some to reply to me. It's really frustrating, and it happens almost every time I have a query. They should really sort this out.
