They have a 100% Loyalty Monthly Cashback payable early in Month UTC time so never sure when .. it's just there. So I was in Tournaments plus my normal Gaming DELIBERATELY Depositing heavy as l had money then & knew of be strapped this Month..put in approximately$250 via BONUS CODEWORD - MONTH to ensure it in Cash of course. Well the first week of October came & my Account stayed empty..l checked numerous times a Day over about ten Days then losing my Tournament Rankings l Deposited while I was waiting for my Monthly Cashback Loyalty money but it NEVER came. I screenshot ALL my September Deposits from their Transaction Records plus anything ld received - which was NOT my $200 Cashback odd..there was Nothing Done from their side. As said always totally fine Service Providers in Past .. however revealed abit of a hidden dodgy side to me when I took my Enquiry & Pictures to Livechat absolutely Gobsmacked me & Gutted me.!! I was curtly told that the fact that ld Deposited before the Cashback Loyalty Monthly money was Paid into my Account...l now cannot have the $200 back! Went back through ALL the Terms & Conditions & Nowhere is this mentioned - l screenshot that & showed them too. I received very weak watery excuses why the Funds couldn't be added now even though I pointed out that the Financial Department could authorise it..l was palmed off with a handful of Free Spins. I signed up. But when I tried to verify I found my fat fingers had put wrong first name and wrong email address. I tried to fix this and ended up being blocked completely. no one tried to help no one understood what I was saying they just blocked me saying I had to many accounts. Terrible support in the end.

This casino's welcome offer has truly impressed me and weekly promotional offers are great. The KYC verification was a very unpleasant experience. Took much longer than expected and support staff were not very helpful. Multiple delays in withdrawing winnings so I would be careful especially when depositing large sums of money.

Wouldn't recommend this casino. Make it very difficult to collect your winning. Keep uploading documents they are asking for and everytime they find somthing wrong with them even though all the criteria has been met. Still having been able to collect..trying to figure out what my next step of action is going to be..Whats the point of playing a casino if u can't collect your money

Lucky Dream casino is new, that is why I see very little comments about it and almost everything about average, I registered at the casino just to see the software and the visual image of the casino most of the aspects are average, but There is something that worries me, because a casino that does not have any certification by any authorized entity is so demanding with its clients to demand a very rigorous KYC
