I've been waiting for a payout for almost 3 weeks after verification.
I've been waiting for my payout for 15 days. Each time, support claims to forward the message to the relevant department and prioritize my payout.
But nothing happens.
After I fully verified my identity via email (I only received notification that I needed to verify my identity after requesting it (there is no submission button on the page)), I received an email confirming the complete verification.
Four days later, a VIP support representative contacted me with the message that he would like to release my payout, but that I should now quickly verify my profile.
When I pointed out that I've been verified for a long time, the only response was "oh, I have to check that, sorry, payment is being processed." That was 9 days ago now...
I've been waiting for my €800 ever since. This casino does everything wrong that an online casino can do regarding terms and conditions and support.
If you're looking for a bad UI design, poor support, terrible withdrawal conditions, and withdrawals that take 3-4 weeks (according to the terms: max. 5 days), then you've come to the right place!
