Level 46Hi Rep Genesis casino,I did not say that all is bad at your casino. my only remark is that withdrawals are not processed quickly like at other casinos or withdrawals are processed in less than an hour. sometimes I was forced to re-credit my withdrawal, the result: I lose what I won.

I'm finding it hard to withdraw my winnings that I won fairly. And the casino keeps asking for more stuff like they are really trying to look for something so as not to pay me out. I spent 6hours chatting with 5 different pple, explaining myself over to be cut off. I won 12k and have sent all paperwork but they keep asking for things that are not possible due to their discrepancies.eg, when I try to withdraw, there is only one way and it is with my visa debit card which defaults to my old visa debit card that I used last with them. I've sent bank statement showing them the last time I used that card and have also sent them copy of my new card. Same account but just different card numbers then they tried to say I had to withdraw via my payment method but you can't withdraw to a Paysafe account?? So now they've restricted my account?

For me its really nice looking casino and i will explain why. Just i am not sure what about their payments because wasnt lucky to make withdrawal. But i like that i can find everything i need here. They have normal welcome bonus for 4 first deposits. Percentage not very impressive but at least standard. And its ok. Also wagering requirements are fair. I like also that i can upload my documents when i want at their website. Games collection also is very good and for me its very important that they have favorite games menu.
