FS Casino Review

I am very disappointed with my experience at FS Casino (previously known as Vulkan).

I had an account issue related to what was described as a “duplicate account.” I want to be honest that I did have an older account from the previous platform, but I later registered again using a different email when I came across the rebranded site. This was not done intentionally to break any rules or gain any advantage.

What I find unfair is that there were no issues raised while I was depositing and playing daily. Everything worked normally, and I was never warned or restricted. The problem only appeared when I requested a withdrawal of my winnings, at which point my account was closed.

From my perspective, this feels very unfair because deposits were accepted without any issue, and I was playing in good faith using my own money. Customer support stated the decision is final and could not be reviewed further, which left me without any real resolution.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating. I would advise other players to be very careful and make sure they fully understand all account rules and conditions before depositing.

There are many games and providers offered te bonus offers are not worth investing as they have a high wagering requirements enough banking options provided except crypto currency is not available here
