The Casino Vibes Loyalty Club is a comprehensive 9-level program designed to reward player activity with Loyalty Points and Loyalty Coins. Players earn points and coins whenever they play in the casino or live casino, regardless of whether they win or lose. Loyalty Points determine the player's Loyalty Level, while Loyalty Coins can be exchanged for money.

The rate at which Loyalty Points are earned depends on the RTP of the games played:

• Up to 96.80% RTP: 45 EUR wagered per Point.
• 96.81% to 97.50% RTP: 58.52 EUR wagered per Point.
• 97.51% to 98.00% RTP: 72 EUR wagered per Point.
• 98.01% to 98.50% RTP: 99.12 EUR wagered per Point.
• 98.51% to 99.00% RTP: 144.23 EUR wagered per Point.
• 99.01% to 99.30% RTP: 207.37 EUR wagered per Point.
• 99.31% to 99.60% RTP: 360 EUR wagered per Point.
• 99.61%+ RTP: Not eligible for earning Loyalty Points.

As players climb the levels, the rate at which they earn Loyalty Coins per Point increases:

• Level 1 (0 points): 1 coin per point.
• Level 2 (1 point): 2 coins per point.
• Level 3 (35 points): 4 coins per point.
• Level 4 (300 points): 6 coins per point.
• Level 5 (700 points): 8 coins per point.
• Level 6 (1300 points): 12 coins per point.
• Level 7 (2800 points): 20 coins per point.
• Level 8 (5700 points): 22 coins per point.
• Level 9 (13500 points): 25 coins per point.

Loyalty Coins can be exchanged for bonuses at a rate of 1 EUR for every 100 Loyalty Coins. The exchange range per transaction is between 100 and 500,000 Loyalty Coins. Bonuses obtained from coin exchange must be wagered 5 times within 7 days to be converted into real money. Entry to the exclusive VIP club is by invitation only, based on gameplay eligibility. Loyalty Levels are maintained until at least the end of the month following the achievement, but points must be re-earned to maintain the level in subsequent months.
