Bingo Village Casino Review

I wasnt sure what to expect but im not much of a bingo player; I got free spins and won i think about 6 bucks which I decided to use on some bingo cards for something new! I had no clue what i was doing and won nothing at all lol but it was cool to try an online casino experience i hadn't before. Not many slots at all really and wagering of bonuses can only be done on a handful of them which is very limiting and the reason I chose to give the bingo cards a whirl. I haven't deposited so I cant access the chat rooms they do tournaments and prize drops etc in but would be interesting to see what they're like. I doubt ill deposit as its just not my vibe but I feel like its a pretty cool quirky platform for online bingo-ers and web gamblers that like a social environment, and the 5 free spins won a shocking amount of money considering!

I’ve tried a number of sites off and on over the years, but have continuously played at BingoVillage for a number of reasons…..This is the ONLY site with no wager requirements; it’s the ONLY site that’s totally honest with their players even when something gets messed up (I’ve played at some sites where they have actually blamed the player for some technical ‘glitch’); all of the people employed by BingoVillage are courteous and helpful in a very quick manner; and although I’ve complained a few times over the years about processors being used, payouts or communications with those processors to take care of an issue are fast and ethical. I was lucky enough to win one of the Christmas specials that played on Friday, Dec. 23 and always am appreciative of the chance to continue to play at BingoVillage. The money comes at exactly the right time since my old pickup truck is in need of some repairs that were going to have to wait until I saved up enough to take care of them. As long as BingoVillage stays open, you have a loyal member for life here….I don’t play anywhere else anymore, even when given ‘free’ offers from those other sites. Overall i do like the fact u have bingo. What i don't like about these sites is that u have to do a min of 25 dollars that's kind of steep especially when it new n just trying to play around n get to know the site or only wanna spend a few dollars u can't. And honestly i only like doing 5 to 10 dollars at a time

I got the 50 sign-up bonus and won $300. I met all the requirements for withdrawal except one: make a deposit. The casino said I could not deposit because my account balance exceeded 100$. Once I went beneath 100, I didn't have enough to withdraw according to their minimums. Basically, they gave me winnings but made it impossible to collect my winnings. Who the heck makes a rule that you cannot give them more money until you have less than 100$? Of course, I continued to win for a long time after until the second I fell under 100.

Wish I read the playthrough rules first. And worn my glasses. I could have pulled some winnings out. The playthrough for playing bingo, is only 3.5x, 35x if playing slots. I played the bingo and a side slot and won $150 from the $45 free chip pretty fast so continued to play and accidentally max betted a few times and lost it pretty fast. The credit tallies were confusing me but I now realise the $150 didn't take very long to go into the cashout able side. The only downside is, even with the side slot making the wait between games more bareable, the 2.5 to 3 minutes wait between games is too long. As well as the minimum deposit being $25. I will review my given star rating after playing some more 

I do like playing online casinos. But the only thing apparent on this one is they want you to pay. There's really no way to know if I would like the casino because everything is locked thru premium pay, even just to check out and read what games and features is also locked in premium pay /VIP. No, thank you. At least have a demo available. I would like to know more about the games you offer, their features, and if it's something I would like to see and pay for. Bonus offers are there, but I wouldn't bite on it, simply because I can't tell if I will enjoy them or not.

Bingo village reached out to me to delete my review. I would have been glad to do so had they worked with me to resolve the situation.

I sent them this email:
"No one reads those every time you log in, and you know that.

Is there a message where we are advised of a change? We were depositing often to play slots or get into roxy.

That is why i have put that review. I want to warn others that it is too easy for you to change the rules and not advise people with high balances, and that way they lose their money and you keep it.

Same when you changed the platform. I adapted and urged others to do the same, as you said you would work it us and i believed you.

Legally, when there is a change to the terms and conditions, after the person creates the account and presumably read those terms, as i did, you must advise.

How reasonable would it be that players would have to read the terms every time they log in? You know that does not happen. You can make any changes and no one sees or knows it. Highly unfair.

Nothing I said was not the truth in the review. You are closed to resolution and on top of that you have the balls to tell me you are not at fault.

Show me a good faith email where I was advised that if I do not deposit, I will lose my whole balance.

I am just starting my reviews. I believe people should know that if there is an issue, you will not budge, regardless of what is the right thing to do.

You dont negotiate, you dictate, and I have played on many sites and have never experienced that.

My next step is copy/paste conversations showing we were not advised. People should know if they are operated or suffer a budget cut or lose their job for a few months, they will lose everything they worked for. That is WRONG. There is no point in gambling your money where you have to read the terms and conditions every time you log in.

I owned a store and when I made a change, I had a sheet where all staff members had to sign their name, acknowledging they are aware of the change, and that is what should have been done here.

I am sorry you dont like the reviews, but do you really think people will want to play on gour site if they have to spend an hour a day reading terms and conditions?

Also, I saw other people questioned the fees on withdrawals. They are right. And then, are u telling me you can decide the amount we are eligible to withdraw per week and per month and chamge it to incrwase fees obviously, which were already high, by refucing what we are eligible to withdraw.

There are things I have not said yet, like the fees, changing what we can withdraw and your super low maximum, as well as the fact you do withdrawals onc we a week only and that on top of that, if they need something extra, you have to wait another week. Too much hassle for breaking even.

Another thing, you entice people to deposit, with nice bonuses, but there is no point in depositing for the bonus, since u lose it as soon as you withdraw anything. A lot of people dont realize that, and so I want to give them a heads up on that as well.

I also intend to contact the gaming commissions for canada and the USA. They are there to protect the pulic, nI t the website. I am quite confident they will find tour practices unfair


I wish we could have resolved this another way, but you cannot do anything to fix the wrongs toward me, so my only recourse is to at least warn others of what is to come for them. If I save 10 people from depositing , it is worth the 6,700 i lost!"

Here is they reply. As you will see, they dont address each issue in the email, they just deny everything and di not take respondibility for anything.

"We have done nothing wrong. It is the members responsibility to read the terms and conditions page. We do inform our Staff of the changes but we cannot email each and every member this is why we do have a terms and conditions page so members are able to read the terms."

So unless you have a few hrs a day to rwad terms and conditions in case there are changes, AVOID THIS SITE and pls spread the word, so players know ehat they are getting into

Works fine Bingo Village is very generous, especially when you first start. You get a $25 free bonus to play Bingo and Slots and also free spins. And then, if you decide to deposit, you can get up to 500% bonus on a single deposit. That's a great value as you can play for hours and hours. But what really gives Bingo Village the advantage over other sites is that they have staff that care and help in a quick, professional and accurate manner. Both CMs and customer support. CM Darline was the one that first welcomed me and made me feel at home.

This upset me , I won a good bit of money from the free no deposit 40$ code. However I had to contact support to ask how to redeem it once it had been played thru all their requirements. They then told me I could not withdraw any bonus funds from them due to I didn't make a real money deposit. The Bonus is jus to strictly try out the casino is what the lady said. No way to withdraw bonus funds. 

Nice casino. Good platform and layout. Not really great or big number of different slots. It's more about bingo over here.

All over the place to be honest and just didn't really click with this casino. Not many deposit methods or withdrawal methods available or anything standoutish.

They would only let you use the bonus from chippy on certain games and all the games were mid grade anyway. 4.5/10 

This casino has decent banking options and live support. The bonus is okay for New members but not so lucky for me. Games are okay. Its very mild.
