To Whom it may concern,I had have possibly the worst experience ever with your site. I deposited hundreds of dollars, played the playthrough well over the given amount anytime I was given one between bonuses, and the first (and surely the absolute last) time I go to withdrawl my winnings ($730 USD) I'm given the run around and have absolutely nothing to show for it except what a fool I am for buying into the ges that come with so many different "casino" sites that scam people of their money. The sad thing is however, I thought I did my research before investing money in playing the games you offered and from the reviews I read and other homework I did before hand, I believed the site was legit for once and would actually reward me for playing it for once. I have several emails from multiple people regarding my withdrawl, and I was told the same thing EVERY TIME. I contacted my bank and the 3rd party that was supposed to intercept the transfer and send it to my bank, neither my bank nor Western Union has seen any such deposit or transfer from the details I was provided. I followed all the procedures I was told to do with each email and reply and I tried calling the customer support number listed on your site and again was told deposits take x amount of days and to look for a deposit with the name AFFILIATE SQUARED LTD, and the days go by by still nothing so I call again and to no surprise, get the same message in return. So I reached out to an online forum to maybe get some help with this and get told the Casino Representative will be sure to get this situation squared away. I'm appalled that for a business that claims it's legitimacy and claims to posses all the credentials that your site seems to claim, still treats the customers this way. So I have already reported to the Better Business Beauro and also will be putting it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, and my closest friends (that I have personally recommended will be doing the same) and will be giving a horrible review with all the documentation I have (which is also attached to this email) on this for the public to see So hopefully I can help stop this from happening to another person because clearly, customer satisfaction is clearly not on your list of guarantees. The only way to put scams like the ones your site has pulled and ones similar to it to rest is by putting word and word travels fast. You will not get anymore business from me.

have been a VIP player at BIG DOLL for well over a year now. They gladly have ac/cepted my thousands of dollars of deposit and I have never cashed out a single dollar. With that said. Recently I was informed that because of a dispute I had with another casino that I would need to verify my ID and send them a photo of my picture ID along with proof of residence and a copy of my debit card. After several failed attempts to satisfy them they finally accepted my docs as legible. I then of courae wanted to play so I went to make a deposit on the same card they approved and have been accepting all along but was declined. I spoke to a rep and he informed me that the only deposit they would accept was bit coin. I have used Bitcoin but the commissions and fees associated makes a deposit costly. So I told the rep this and also stated that I thought it was unfair and they never had a problem before with me. I also stated that I thought their site was a scam and he hung up. Btw the dispute I had was with another casino concerning fraud on my account and the amount in question was only $25. Lucky creek will not budge. I feel ripped off

This is my second review dealing with big dollar Casino I play them a number of times and I'm always impressed with the games. So when you put some money down here you don't have to worry about if the gameplay is fair or not just give it a chance
