This was by far my worst experience as far as online casinos go. I have had an account with ruby slots for about 10 years. I have received multiple free chips over the course of that time. Mostly back in the days before they started disclosing that multiple free chips are not allowed. Anyways. I randomly went to this casino to see what they had to offer and noticed I had $16 on my account, so I was excited and started playing various slots, once my play through requirement was fulfilled I went on to video poker and got a freaken natural royal flush. So I followed the steps to make a withdrw, got my identity approved, then made a required $11 deposit... after all that my withdrawal request was denied, my winnings were removed and $11.00 is not enough to request a withdrawal. LOL, its a scam. It's all by design. Naturally I gamble the $11 to try to get at least $20 or the min to withdrawal and I lost it. Then I ask live chat for a free chip or cash back which of course the minimum for any of that is $30 so they got my $11 and my awesome royal flush winnings were lol flushed down the toilet along with my positive happy attitude. Welll for a little bit, I don't stay gloomy very long, lol makes wrinkles and high blood pressure and I don't want more of either.

The withdrawal was denied as you say, then the balance was deposited as cash into your casino account and you played it to $0. Just got done with online chat support after having to request the same withdrawal I have asked for 3 ties now! It has been denied twice due to not using the cirrest crypto wallet. I waited 5 days to hear back on the first one and then another couple days on the second one. Just to find out they were denied but I had to keep going back to the site and check as there was ZERO communication about this. I am now on withdrawal request number 3 and they have told me the waiting period(10-12 days) starts over again!!! I have asked for the withdrawal to be escalated and reagent told me they would email me personally with a update but couldn't even tell me what emaill address they had on file for me so we shall see.
