I'm a frequent player with Inclave Casino sites..Ruby has one of the longest withdrawal processing times..Up to 7 days for casino management to review and approve the withdrawal request. Afterwards, an additional 4-5 business days to credit the payout.

If you're looking for a faster option, I recommend Dreams Casino or Prism Casino.. The process is LIGHTNING QUICK!! Payouts are completed in 24hrs or less. I've cashed out successfully from both. Best of luck😊

The withdrawal will be within 1 to 5 days if the player uses a credit card. If the player wants a bank transfer, the payout time will be between 1 to 7 days.

I'm really begining to wonder what could possibly be taking my 500 withdrawal so long to process.its a legitimate withdrawal. .a legitimate win, no bonuses no free spins i only play with my cash deposits .no funny stuff. I requested a withdrawal on Aug. 19 th, my first request... and still nothing. No deposit ,no update, nothing...I've been playing at ruby for a couple years and spent thousands... youde think they would do a little better than this..this is ridiculous.i guess my loyalty and choice of casino needs to be reconsidered  I hope they do the right thing...I really enjoy the casino and the people there have always been courteous and kind...but the month long wait continues...
