As the sun shines brighter and the days grow longer, it's time to spring into action with even more updates!

Game Reviews

We have added a new way to show off your knowledge of casino games with our new user reviews!

How do they work?

Go to the game you like, click the “Add Review” button, and write to your heart’s content!

Note

You can only leave reviews on the Global version of Chipy, where you can log in or sign up if you haven’t already. You can leave your review in your native language while we handle the translation, so every member of our community can enjoy your insights.

How to Write a Review

Some requirements have to be met for the review to be approved. 

Here’s a quick rundown of the steps:

  • Rate the game from 1 to 5 stars;
  • Craft a catchy title;
  • Share your thoughts with at least 500 characters;
  • Highlight your pros and cons;
  • Feel free to toss in some images (but it's optional);
  • Click “Add review” to submit.

Tip

You can save scrolling for later, as you can use the in-page navigation menu to go directly to the Reviews to see what others have written. If you need extra help, you can check out our Reviews help page.

After this, the review will be checked by our Quality Assurance team and approved accordingly.

Note

You only receive the reward for a review after it is approved.

Rewards

Don’t think this is all for nothing - you also stand to gain something out of it!

The reward for rating a game remains the same, with 10 XP and 2 coins per rating.

If you write a review, however, the rewards are as follows:

  • 200 XP and 50 Coins if the review is approved;
  • 100XP and 25 Coins whenever someone rates your review as being helpful.

Attention

You can leave a limited number of reviews in 24h. To find out what the limits are, visit our help page.

Community Pick

We believe in the power of community feedback. The “Community Pick” tag assures you that the review you see is completely authentic, written by users like yourselves!

It highlights the review deemed as the most helpful of the bunch, with an automatic counter that updates in real time.

Tip

You can get a passive “income” of XP and Coins if your review is liked by users.

I would like to know where I can report a casino that continues to give me the runaround .I've paid thousands of dollars exclusively to this casino and now two instances in two months they won't pay me.all my documents are in ,valid drivers license, a pdf file copy of my entire bank account, proof of residence, three credit cards front and back, and still denied.no free spins ,no bonuses ,nothing ...a straight 50 dollar deposit turned into 1500.00 win...and nothing but the runaround . They took 500.00 last month after they secretly added free spins so I couldn't withdraw without a ridiculous amount of playthrough. This is their last chance to make it right or I'm going to pursue legal alternatives and start a total smear campaign and rightfully so..I'm tired of false advertisement and illegal theft.they have no idea that we can shut them down for good...I've collected quite a bit of info from numerous people that have had the same experiences and those few that do get paid its at least 2to 3 months for a wire transfer? NO I THINK NOT.THEY CAN DENY IN ONE DAY, I SAY PAY IN ONE DAY AS WELL.. LAST CHANCE
