How Do I Claim My Monthly Competition Prize?

Types of Monthly Competition Prizes Available on Chipy

On Chipy.com, we reward our top 20 most active users every month. 

Here are the prizes you can win if you are on the leaderboard:

• 1st - 5th place: Real Money and Chipy Coins 
• 6th - 20th place: Chipy Coins

Once the Monthly Leaderboard is checked and approved by our QA team, all the winners will get notified on the site and via email.

How to claim your Coins prize

If you win a Coins prize, the reward will be automatically transferred to your balance once the QA Team has approved the Leaderboard.

The status of your prize on the User homepage will be set to “Completed” once the coins have been credited to your account.

How to Claim Your Real Money Prize

If you are one of the top 5 players in the Monthly Competition leaderboard, you can claim your Real Money prize from your User Homepage.

Claim your Real Money reward in 5 simple steps:

Step 1: Log in and access your User Homepage

First, you need to log into your Chipy Account. Just tap the “Log in” button on the top right and select your preferred login method.

Once you’re logged in, tap on your username and select “My Homepage” to access your User Homepage. Alternatively, you can press on your Avatar. 

Step 2: Click the “Redeem” button in the “Your Activity” section

Now that you are on your user homepage, scroll down to the “Your Activity” section and click on the “Redeem” button next to your reward.

Step 3: Make sure you have a verified payment method 

The real money prizes can’t be transferred to your account unless you have a verified payment method set up as preferred on Chipy.

If you haven’t added a payment method yet, you will have to go through the process of adding your payment details and correctly set up your account for payouts. 

When you press the “Redeem Reward” button, our system will automatically detect whether you have a valid payment method or not. 

In case you didn’t set up a valid payment option yet, you will be prompted to add or edit your details, as shown in the screenshot below.

After you have successfully set up your payment option, just come back to the User Homepage and claim your reward.

Step 4: Confirm your Real Money payout transfer

Tap on the “Yes, Send My Reward” button to confirm your real money payment.

Once you have requested the Real Money reward transfer, the status will change to “Processing”.

Step 5: Enjoy your reward

The real money prize will be transferred to your preferred payment method account within 7 business days.

After the payment was made, the reward status will change to “Completed”.
