I made $25 deposit and waited another 6 days only to be told this time that they only approved $100 and the other $3899 was voided, so i got $100 out of $3999 which was not won with bonus money by the way. I requested a withdrawal for $3999 and waited 5 days to be told that it was denied, the money was put back into my casino account and cutomer service told me that i needed to make a $25 deposit to request withdrawal, so i deposited $25 and waited another 6 days to be told that $100 was approved and the other $3899 was voided. This money wasnt won with a bonus as i deposited several times with WINWARD but never again will i deposit there and i highly advise that nobody else deposits with them either, unless you want to get ripped off..
