The initial gameplay and easy access to deposit and withdraw your money is fairly smooth, i like the short wait time and the support response time! I just think they need to streamline the bonus collection for reviews for 20 fs and change it from 72 hrs down to a max of 24 hrs and Im sure they would receive many more positive reviews from loyal customers!

This is horrible casino very horrible to play at,and the only reason why I wrote a positive review the last time was because they are giving away free spins to do so. The only convenience it has is a 3 hour withdraw time window using the e-transfer method. I deposited alot of money here with no withdraws since October, they had me hook on the withdraw time and deposit bonuses. They do not offer any incentives for becoming their VIP customer, and they barley offer no deposit bonuses to someone who them alot of business. Don't even get me started on how horrible they are when asked how to solve their customers problems with the casino, they don't get back for days and when asked through email or online chat, it's an obvious robot reply. I have my own messages saved for proof, so when I went back to reread it, the support'people' replied back with same replys , everything!! ridiculous!
