I've never deposited here bit have plated for fun to test it out. The game play is smooth an runs perfect on mobile. The provider selection is about the same as most casinos of this type. Support staff was fast and friendly aswell.

This wasn't very fun and it was a long process to do the whole sign up.

Unfortunately things changed. It started out great with WinsMania. My first review posted last week I had said I would update my review with my withdrawal experience. Attached are copies of the transcripts of my conversation with their online support.  Very rude! I literally waited an hour to finally get someone. I had submitted my withdrawal request 4 days ago I haven't got any correspondence or updates on anything recieved or even a confirmation that a withdrawal request was made. I say this cause every casino i played with always sends a record confirmation of the request made. So today I wanted to follow up. I had emailed my documentation and also uploaded and attached the docs to my players account.  The first time I had spoken with the rep she had confirmed it was valid both my I.D and address verification which tells me they were received.  I reply to confirm if there was anything else needed and never gotten a reply back. So I left the chat as a poor experience.  1/2 hour later I seen that my withdrawal was rejected and went to check my email for any reason or correspondence from them and NOTHING! Went back to chat (last 2 attached transcripts) the same individual Rachel I spoken with on the first chat is now saying I was missing my proof of address when in fact she had already confirmed in the first chat it was valid. You can read the transcripts and it's all in writing and see how rude she was. She did confirm that was their reason why my withdrawal was rejected. Overall very poor first withdrawal experience from a player who had deposited quite a bit of money into their casino.  

At the start with all the games this casino has it became overwhelming to click thru their big catalog of games to find ones that US players can play. Time consuming & frustrating! So I found the easiest was search by providers. From that I was able to navigate easier and enjoy this casino. Some providers like KAgaming was VERY glitchy every time you were in the bonus round. No withdrawal yet (lol) so can't review on that. But ill definitely be playing more here.

Going on 2 weeks and this casino WimsMania is making withdrawing very difficult. It now appears they are ignoring my live chat requests. It's obvious when your qued in at 3 watching the numbers hit to 1 then I'm disconnected when it's my turn. It's discouraging and frustrating for us honest players. Word of advice anytime you contact live chat have your chat emailed for records and time stamp. I have all the receipts. I had registered at this casino just recently on 6/28 and won a few small jackpots 7/9. In between I had already deposited 5 times (1st attached) and I had already had my identification verified to my KYC account which didn't even take more then 24 hrs for then to verify. My address verification was uploaded on the 7/9. I then sent my withdrawal on the 7/10 it was rejected.  Contacted live support to find out the reason cause I'm not getting no correspondence whatsoever on anything.  According to support reason it rejecting was my KYC wasn't complete I then told her I had emailed and uploaded it and ask her to check. She then checks and confirmed it was valid (attached doc B). I then submit the withdraw again it rejected, (attached). Contacted support and then tells me my address isn't verified when she had already told me an hour ago that it was valid. She was very rude and condescending before cutting me off of chat (attached C). I started uploading my doc and contacting support daily for status. Finally on 7/15 live support answered my chat request and  I recieved confirmation that my bank & credit card statements for address verification was recieved and that I need to wait (attached D). From 7/15 to today  7/19 they will not  answer any of my calls or emails. Yesterday I waited hours on live chat  just to watch as others being help to them cutting me off.  🫤 Any suggestions?
