At first I loved this casino. A personal call for phone verification? I was impressed as well as the bonuses and promotions are really fun. HOWEVER ALL THE FUN COMES TO AN END! After playing and depositing and depositing and kyc verifying  I had a free spin bonus. Was min deposit $100 for 277 free spins. Out of those free spins my bonus won was 45$ added to my 100$ bonus. I'm like ok..the wagering requirement 35x 145= 5075$ wag req. Surprising I actually made it all the way through the required betting still with 5800 in my casino wallet. Not bonus funds anymore. I go to make a withdrawal, as I am ALREADY kyc verified with Winport casino.  All of a sudden big red hand. Kyc verification required. Trying to go through hat hellish process which took over a week because their finance department only checks messages EVERY 72 HOURS???? SO my winnings plummet during that week of frustration and annoyance my top I had about 7900. By the time I was kyc verified for the 2nd time and able to withdraw was at 1300. Try to withdraw... ok wait 24 hours Still in "requested" status..... but ok whatever let's play a little. Cancel request keep 100 requesr1200. Did the same thing the next day. That was on Tuesday. After that I have been letting my withdrawal request just sit there waiting for it to be paid out. Or sent to my bank or ANYTHING.  But it still sits in requested status. 

IF THIS WAS A BRICK AND MORTAR CASINO THEY WOULD BE COMMITTING MULTIPLE CRIMES. So I do report this casino is not operating transparently, honestly or ethical. 

 If there are any lawyers reading this j will go in even deeper detail. It's been 2 f*@%in weeks since Mt "win" and I still don't have any cash in hand. I've followed all their rules and jumped through hoops.

I found winport via this sites bonus section and liked it enough I actually deposited cash and, low and behold I won some $3.5k - a big freaking deal for me. Like the best thing that has happened in years. Well, that's when things began to be no longer fun. First, it took two weeks to wrangle through the kyc process, communication was poor and certain documents weren't accepted regardless of matching their listed requirements. After nearly 3 weeks of dealing with this, I was finally,finally able to withdraw and I was so happy when I submitted for my first $2500 withdraw - I had plans for this. Well, then nothing happened. Period. For 6 days of the max 7 they say to expect. And on the 7th day I wake up to find that my withdrawal has been cancelled and all my winnings were taken as I had broken their rules? What rules did I break? Well apparently in the fine print if you use a bonus at all at any point you cannot bet higher than $20 - not during the playthrough like every other casino I have used. What is possibly the reason behind this and all know it would be as easy as a few clicks and keystrokes for them to make it impossible for users under this underhanded, seedy little scam they are running to bet higher than they are for some reason banned from doing. Even for an online casino this is pure bs. This is easily the biggest scam I've encountered online gambling, I wholeheartedly suggest anyone planning to gamble take their money elsewhere. This is a sad joke and they go out of their way to avoid payouts. Let's down vote this casino out of existence please. 

The bonus is nice for $50 to sign up. I am also surprised they sent me email for additional freebie codes with no deposit requirement. The trial play from $50 is good, I've won some, lose some, but very fair IMHO . The games are on the newer side, something I would see in physical casino locations in Las vegas. I am intrigued and will probably try their deposit match. Everything else seems like standard option. The site is also pretty easy to navigate. Over all, very good.
