Then again I made the withdrawl - They wanted another verification document and after that 2 x again. The next withdrawl they told me my account is under verification it takes 5 to 10 business days. I waited made the withdrawk again then they said I need to verify my Ethreum account I did that. Then they told me this morning it is bonus abuse. They are just making excuses not to pay you, they steal your money. I played every bonus. Wagered the money. Winneram is the worst casino

Bottom line they take forever if ever to pay. Each withdrawal is held 5 days then if there is any issue or question they cancel it after 5 days and then you have to fix whatever the issue is and wait another 5 days. Then they switch it to 10 days... thats business days. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

I have tryed with drawing my winning 4 times now and it keeps getting cancieled i have sent banks statments and did all the normal requierments as they have asked and i have even recevived an email stating that all my documents have been verified and so forth but i still get rejected to withdraw my winnings and i ask why and it is always the same thing from there so called 24/7 surport and i am at the stage that i am starting to get very frustrated and angry with the way this has been handled so now i have put another withdrawal request in for the 5th time now but now i still have to wait till thursday night/ friday morning befor i even get a responce back i don't unstand how they can actually opperate a site this ways hell can't even contact them vier phone so i can actually talk to someone instead of what feels like a computer responce and it is a joke
