I played here and won! I attempted to withdraw, but I had won too much without depositing enough. I deposited $69 and won $309. You can only withdraw 250% of your deposit, so I would have to deposit $31 more, which would wipe out my withdrawal anyway. You have withdrawn $250-$500. T&C tells you, but nowhere else. Just a way for them not to pay




Not much depositing methods
I had played in this casino Tada gaming's Jackpot Joker in which I hit £200 with £1.
I signed up this casino easily no issue arose during sign up. Not much depositing methods this casino offer. Bank transfer suit to me. Support is good. Bounces are also good but no depositing bonus is not offered.

Bad customer service not instant
Withdrawal is definitely not instant as advertised customer service is horrible has no knowledge of there own terms and conditions I've submitted a withdrawal for 500 which is the maximum allowed but also found out that the minimum is 500$ also site does not seem to be legit can't get a hold of customer service at all seems to only have one person that works there do not play on this site seems to be a scam

Through the many many prior visits with live chat support, I was led to believe that their 250% withdrawal rule is calculated by total of a player's accumulated deposits. Now they're denying to approve and process another 250.00 withdrawal request, stating the 250% rule does not go by player's total of accumulated deposits, but by player's deposits AFTER their latest withdrawal.

I had already had verifications approved, after about a month and a half, not a single word from management about it, after multiple emails and attempts thru live support. So I cancelled my legitimate 250.00 withdrawal request. Play out 250.00 of 500.00 that I had legitimately accumulated, then submit another withdrawal request for 250.00.
Management finally contacts me stating they require a bunch more documents as follows:
We apologize for the delay in approving your withdrawals, due to an update in our system, our regulators require to perform the identification procedure to further process your withdrawals. It is necessary to send the following information to this email.
1.Photo of Bank Card: A photo of the bank card used for the deposit, with a selfie showing the card. (In case of deposit by this method )
2. Photo with Passport (or ID): A photo of you holding your passport (or ID card) near your face, ensuring all data is clearly visible.
3. Passport (or ID): A clear photo of your passport (or ID card) with personal details visible, along with another personal document of your choice (such as tax certificate, insurance certificate, driver’s license, birth certificate, etc.).
4. Source of Wealth: Payslips or documents showing the origin of the deposited funds, such as a letter from your employer or business.
5. Gaming Account ID: The ID from your gaming account, usually found in the upper right corner under the “Personal Account” button.

SlotsAmigo Management has dragged their feet so long now to process my withdrawal request of 250.00, so now their within 7 day rule would apply, and those funds will probably be null and void. They even suckered me into depositing 80.00 more to equal 100.00 total deposited, to meet thier 250% rule and their mininum 250.00 withdrawal rule.

I no longer rate SlotsAmigo a full five stars. Please understand that 250.00 is the minimum withdrawal, 72hrs or so to process after approved. Must have deposited 100.00 to withdraw the 250, (maximum 250% of deposits), 500.00 maximum. Plus a maximum bet of 15% rule. Closely reading and understanding their t&c is highly recommended. Thanks alot for your involvement.
I had almost concluded that I'd been suckered in to giving my crypto to bandits, brushing it off and chalking it up as a 100.00 lesson.
