I made my first withdrawal from Slot Bunny Casino on 12/30/25 for $618.00. An hour went by and I received an email stating they needed a KYC from me. Struck me as odd due to the fact I have been playing with then for months but I thought ok maybe they need the KYC because it’s my first withdrawal after 21 straight losses of DEPOSITS. I get an email back the next day saying my KYC is verified so I’m expecting my withdrawal soon after. Nope 3 days later after me contacting Chat support every hour and countless emails to Management and Support which I never received any response back at all my withdrawal was approved and I received it. The whole time Chat support was telling me my withdrawal is with compliance and waiting for the game provider to verify my game play. Chat support said they continue to follow up but compliance has not given any updates. Well a couple of days ago I received a nice bonus via email from Slot bunny so I went to the Chat support and said straight out I am almost scared to deposit because I don’t want another issue with my withdrawal if I should win. I was reassured that it was just a random thing and the withdrawal process is fast easy and I should not encounter any issues moving forward. Well silly me bought the LIE and deposited on 1/14/26. I ended up winning $1016.00. I go to withdrawal and after an hour did not receive anything. I reach out to Chat support first I’m told they are busy and working on it then I’m told 3 hours later after I reach out pissed that my withdrawal once again is with Compliance and they will release it soon. Then I’m told the next day they are waiting on the Game Provider to sign off to release my money. Each and everyone I speak to at Chat Support gives me a different excuse on why I have not received my withdrawal. I have emailed once again Support and Management and have not heard ANYTHING BACK at all just like the first time! Went to verify their License and NO RECORDS FOUND also see the pics of how Rude chat was when I asked about it!!!! See pics I can't make this up even if I tried !!!! Scammer liars all the reviews across all platforms are saying the same thing they aren't paying !!!! They need to be shut down and prosecuted!!!

Wow is where I'm left. So I've made deposits and withdrawals with this casino in the past. Everything went fine, great even. But a few days ago I made a late night deposit of $35 and lost it. Went to the promo page and saw the reload coupon and said ok I deposit $25 more. Anyway, I'm losing until I hit $530 on a single spin in one of the buffalo games. I keep playing and get up to $800. Lost about $65 and cashed out at $735. Figures is get it in the morning at some point. Anyway, that didn't happen. I was told after days of waiting that my girlfriends account has made my withdrawal void simply because we shared a WiFi connection. So I referred her to the casino and instead of a referral bonus. I get straight robbed out of $700 for a WiFi connection. Two separate devices, names, emails, accounts, crypto accounts, two different people all together and I get robbed for my winnings because of a WiFi connection. I thought this place was alright but nah. Shady. Thanks slot bunny. You guys are terrible. I have screenshots as well so don't come to this comment justifying your BS.

I’ve been playing on this site for months with no problems. I deposit almost every day and have always been able to cash out without any issues—winning some, losing some, as expected.

However, things changed recently. I’ve been waiting on just under $700 since the 17th. At first, I was told my withdrawal was with compliance. Soon after, they said there were tech issues preventing withdrawals, which didn’t seem right. If there was a major problem, I’d expect the site to notify players with a clear announcement.

After Christmas, I was again told my payout was with compliance, and then that they were waiting on the provider. My VIP host later admitted that the tech issue with the payment gateway still hadn’t been fixed. It all feels fishy and reminds me of when Ritz Slots pulled a similar stunt and never paid me the $4,000 I had sitting there.

This current withdrawal is only $690, but I also have $1,300 in my account. I just want to get paid without all this stress and uncertainty about whether I’ll receive my winnings.

The casino was kind of boring with a slightly limited selection of games and several of the games just looked like exact replicas. Like repeats of the exact same game. So I played through the bonuse and ended up winning $50 after it. Like others there is a process verifying KYC and a $12 deposit fee which is the step I am on. I uploaded documents now waiting on them to get verified before I deposit. I ran their license number on global internet gaming license and that came back valid. I'm having a little difficulty finding the license in Samoa but here is the other license and steps you can take to file a dispute under their licensing agency  to keep organizations reputable. With the chip on my account I was rearin to go....stop, wait, what? Darnit. The games allowed using a bonus chip are very limited, but ok, what the heck. I wanted to try this casino, and it's not costing me a penny, so.. It actually wasn't as lame as I thought it would be. No I didn't win enough to cash out, but all in all it was a pleasant way to spend a few hours on a rainy day.

I won on their free $120 chip and did everything that I was supposed to do deposited the $12 verification deposit they said I would get my winnings within 24 to 48 hours and after several times of asking them why I haven't received my money yet they voided my winnings a week later saying that I had fraudulent activity on my account making multiple accounts which I only have one

Was playing here with no problem for over a month until I had a win (around $500) that they decided they would rather not pay out and sent me a note saying their processor had "concerns over money laundering".  I offered to send KYC or any documentation they may require as there was nothing about my account that would indicate money laundering (small coinbase account with limited transactions).  They then decided to block me and have not responded to any of my emails. BE CAREFUL.

I wont go into a very detailed breakdown of it all. To keep it short, the casino is legit. I received the $120 welcome bonus, beat the playthrough and was able to cash out the $50. Had to verify and do a min $12 depo before hand though but all straight forward typical requirements. I did a depo after all this and won $500 off $20. its got good games and great customer support. 7.5/10

After playing the free 120.00 and making playthrough.I get an email to send my documents and make a 12.00 dep to get the 50.00 you can cash out.I have emailed them asking if I get the 12.00 back and not 1 word from them yet.Says I have 3 days to make dep or lose the withdraw.Does this sound fair?I think it's a trap and I won't see the 50.00.As most of you have found out,you are only allowed to play a few games that are allowed.All the others are blacked out so you can't play them.I have a bad feeling about this site.I hope I'm wrong but so far I'm right

What else can I say when there is always a hassle with the payout, even if all the conditions are met, and in the end something always has to be invented so that the money is not withdrawn, it is like that in all casinos that give bonuses, supposedly you can make a payout, but then you can't, it really is a big shame.......

So of course I gave it a shot I mean why not right? Great no deposit bonus. Make the playthrough,  verify KYC and all steps they want you to do, all good so far nothing fishy until it's time to withdrawal, and I see many more with the same outcome, they told me I can't withdrawal due to mixed funds so they terminate my withdrawal, it wasn't possible to have mixed funds because all i did was the 120 chip no deposit, I even took pictures of my transaction log that even showed I had no deposit and only the played free chip and a 50 dollar withdrawal attempt from making the playthrough,  I responded to support both on site and threw email and now they are just flat out ignoring me once I showed them the proof, it's a scam people so pls don't fall for there bs they ain't gonna pay you.. petty pathetic scammers

Big disappointment. I went to the casino mainly because of the bonus they promised, but in the end it didn't work at all. I met all the conditions, but nothing was credited and the customer support only promised a fix that never happened. If a casino can't keep its own offers, I can hardly trust it.

The games were fun and the site let me use a lot of the no deposit coupons. But very few games made it to free spins or bonus rounds. Actually noticed you can just but the bonus/free play...

Keep trying to verify my email but email never arrives. I've tried about 6 times now. Oh well!

They gave me 120 free chips. They wouldn't let me play some of the games but what they did let me play were kinda fun. They don't have the new versions like most slot games. They have their own slot machine games 

I cashed out $50 off the bonus. Very long wait to cash out as they make you do a bunch of unnecessary crap, and then wait and wait. You must pay $12 deposit before cashing out. I asked to be paid SOL but they made me take LTC.
