I've played here for a while now. I am/was verified etc and while I understand the reasons behind some of their requirements regarding continuous safety checks etc, what I don't understand is their ability to decide upon themselves all of a sudden, ehat payment methods available svs fir ne to use and why i would allnif a sudden be out on limits asbfar as deposits/eins and bets? Furthermore I was required to supply not only the usual information (which is fine) but further verification with proof of income, and a bank statement if three months with all my personal expenses showing, all deposits and withdrawals etc? I had never had any issues with them previous to them requiring this information. Then they'll accept my deposit, let me play two or three bets then tell me I've passed my maximum allowance but won't let me withdraw winnings that are left. I haven't actually put my required documents in this time so I'm not sure if I'm still a member which is sad because I really like this casino as it's a NZ one.
