I was able to withdraw about $130 I won after a deposit bonus. Playthrough was something crazy but I managed to come out positive. Withdrawal was dragging. Took about 3 weeks to cash out to my crypto wallet. I would alternate free spins and deposit bonuses until Thursday to end out the day with a deposit so I can cash in on the CROCOBOOST coupon to get $100 to play with on the weekend. Friday comes and all the the bonuses vanished on my coupons and bonus page. I tried to enter my CROCOBOOST coupon code and it wasn't going through so I hit up Live chat and get told that no one can claim any coupons at the moment. I wait a day log back in and same thing. I hit up Live chat again and they tell me the same thing. I just say okay well ill just wait for it to be back up. Then I get told something along the lines of my account will be re evaluated soon. And if I want to be able to redeem anything again that a deposit would make the odds greater. 

This casino took away my ability to redeem any kind of coupon or bonus because they wanted me to deposit more money. I was a Regular depositer. Messed up.

This casino has an easy signup process and the no deposit offer for new players is ok however wagering is on the high side. The KYC process is really bad though. The automated KYC verification system is flawed and constantly rejects authentic documents. Multiple emails sent to the verification team with all clear copies of verification docs and ID with selfie in hand but no assistance received via live chat or support emails. I would NOT recommend this casino to anyone as I feel there are many other establishments with lower wagering on bonuses, easy KYC process and efficient support. I have also read that players are restricted from bonuses once they have a few decent cashouts. Very disappointed with this

Well not the best experience at all, I first joined this casino at the start off 2025 couldn't sleep one night and was looking for a free no deposit bonus for signing up and boom found play croco and signed up, can't remember exactly what the sign up bonus was however it wasn't to bad as I won a shit load and had to wager it like x60 ridiculous but I actually did it so I contacted support and this is where it went downhill fast. First problem verification they just constantly found a problem with anything I sent them to be verified so after trying everything i pretty much gave up left a not so friendly email and I was gone never to return, then a few days later i get an email saying I'm verified and I'm like beautiful I'm going to withdraw what I'm aloud to take from this bonus it was like $150 bucks so I go through the withdrawal process and guess what no money apparently i took to long to submit the withdrawal haha 😂 mmm took them around 8 days to verify me.

This casino is a 2 out of 10 in my opinion and there wagering requirements are ridiculous especially the $100 Friday free cash x60 impossible although I did do it once 🧐

Apparently they don't like their bonuses to be an actual bonus as I used their bonus as a new player and I played through 40x per their requirement. I wanted to cash out $100/over $200, and they're trying to say that my winnings have been forfeited because something about lying on my registration, Even though I did not and they had just sent me an email stating that my verification had been accepted. So I emailed all of the email addresses that I had received emails from & apparently they no longer exist... It's been 48 hours so come tomorrow morning. We'll see where it goes from there. I will keep you updated.

I want to like this casino more, but i can't unfortunately. Customer support is top notch, the promos seem abundant, and the win rate isn't something I could complain about. But the huge drawback, is lack of transparency. Playthrough requirement aren't clearly marked. the verification process states an average of 2-10 min, but myself and 6 others I know of all had it take the same almost exact 3 days time. And withdraws take minimum 2 days to process, but do not process cashouts on the weekend which is when people are gonna want to have a good time and celebrate a win if they hit big. Sadly you gotta pay big to hit big, and with the withdraws this way, high rollers will most certainly pass up on any offers made from this site. Fix those issues, and they'd triple their profits next quarter with ease!

Honestly, was not a big fan of Play Croco.  Didn't really win anything at anytime, just went through deposits quickly.  Not a big fan of the game selections.  Deposits just went way too quick for my liking.
