When you deposit a certain amount of money, they offer you a bonus+wagering of 5000%, which can take up to 5+ days until you reach that.

Once you reach your wagering, the withdrawal process takes approximately 7-21 days, as stated by the customer service representatives. 

As soon as the time of 21+ days approaches, they state that they are unable to process the withdrawal due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of their control, which implies that the process takes a further few days.

When that few days ends, they come up with more excuses, more blah blah blah, and you soon realise that you will end up being without your winnings.

To sum up, Do not trust this company, which is based in Curacao, unregulated, awful customer service. They want your time, your money and everything that belongs to you.
