i've had $3k pending w/d for over two weeks now and at first they would like and tell me 'it will be 12-24 hrs' but not they've just been ignoring me for days. Absolutle scum bags, with no intention of paying you

So I had been assured several times that bitcoin withdraw are now instant. I submitted my request 5 days ago and they ignore all my inquiries as to why the status is still at the "requested" stage. Initially, the "accounting dept" was being blamed. There is no question as to if should get the money on their end, they are just not paying and not responding.

Sorry. Let me give more details. 

I used a 100% no rules bonus.

Minimum deposit 50. 0% playthrough but minimum cash out is 40x deposit.

I deposited 50 and once I met the minimum 2000, I tried to cash out. 

They replied to my inquiries at first but I am just getting  ignored and my status for my withdraw remains at "requested" stage

At first I enjoyed playing at this casino that was until I requested my withdrawal August 9th 2025 I was asked for verification which I sent 1 at a time like they asked I never received my withdrawal then they reversed it into my game account and the wager is over 22,000 don't waste your money or time

But just remember, when you're doing the free bonus spins or any kind of chips that are free, even if you have a 220% return on your $50 plus 30 spins, you're always going to have to meet a huge playthrough requirement. And even then, look at where it says "Maximum Cash Out!" Even if you play through your bonus (75%, 50%, or 30%), if it says in the terms that the maximum you can withdraw is $100 or $50, that's it. You have to meet the playthrough just to get that $50 or $100. That’s where a lot of people get screwed up, and where I used to get screwed up too. So, if you see promotions like "30 free spins" or "we’ll double your deposit," I just skip all that. I make a regular deposit because no matter what, if I win, I win, and if I lose, I lose. I don't need the extra $30 in free spins because half the time, you only end up with under five bucks anyway. They’ve got a huge playthrough requirement, and you’ll have a limit on how much you can cash out! Again, just remember: even though they say you need to wager a certain percentage, even if you pass through that and win over $50 or $100, if the terms say the maximum you can cash out is $50 or $100, that’s it. This casino is a complete scam. I contacted live chat several times and was told I couldn't withdraw due to technical problems, they never had an issue accepting my Bitcoin deposits. Each time I reached out, the agents stopped responding. I sent multiple emails to support with no replies and reached out to the promotions person with my username, but still got no response. I should have done my research before depositing money in this casino. I've read many reviews that say the EXACT SAME THING from years before

This casino is like anyone else that's just like it and if I had thinking right their group with all the same format same games same promotions while they do give a free spin free chip bonus you never cash out until you deposit the same amount your bonuses have low cash out amounts considering the amount that they want you to deposit high play through amounts which pretty much make it impossible for you to win anything.

This casino sucks. They rope you in with a no deposit bonus, in my case $150, then about 10 min. into playing they shut you down and tell you your time is up. LAME.

Casino has reasonable promos, graphics are fair ... At least on my phone... Wouldn't know of withdrawal because I couldn't win enough to/ win with a bonus

I like this casino,  the deposit bonuses, the free bonuses, they even offer no playthrough deposits which i like the most. I get free spins daily and free chips weekly as well. 

I was excited to use the $200 free promo, but when it was claimed and I found out it was only for 10 mins I was dissapointed, especially when I was on a very good win streak and for it to wipe the balance back to $0 as it didn't qualify. Seems a bit to complicated and takes the fun out of it.

Discussion off a balance of over $1000 and has not paid, and refuses to answer any messages. A review of 4 stars is certainly not warranted.
