i've had $3k pending w/d for over two weeks now and at first they would like and tell me 'it will be 12-24 hrs' but not they've just been ignoring me for days. Absolutle scum bags, with no intention of paying you

So I had been assured several times that bitcoin withdraw are now instant. I submitted my request 5 days ago and they ignore all my inquiries as to why the status is still at the "requested" stage. Initially, the "accounting dept" was being blamed. There is no question as to if should get the money on their end, they are just not paying and not responding.

Sorry. Let me give more details. 

I used a 100% no rules bonus.

Minimum deposit 50. 0% playthrough but minimum cash out is 40x deposit.

I deposited 50 and once I met the minimum 2000, I tried to cash out. 

They replied to my inquiries at first but I am just getting  ignored and my status for my withdraw remains at "requested" stage

But just remember, when you're doing the free bonus spins or any kind of chips that are free, even if you have a 220% return on your $50 plus 30 spins, you're always going to have to meet a huge playthrough requirement. And even then, look at where it says "Maximum Cash Out!" Even if you play through your bonus (75%, 50%, or 30%), if it says in the terms that the maximum you can withdraw is $100 or $50, that's it. You have to meet the playthrough just to get that $50 or $100. That’s where a lot of people get screwed up, and where I used to get screwed up too. So, if you see promotions like "30 free spins" or "we’ll double your deposit," I just skip all that. I make a regular deposit because no matter what, if I win, I win, and if I lose, I lose. I don't need the extra $30 in free spins because half the time, you only end up with under five bucks anyway. They’ve got a huge playthrough requirement, and you’ll have a limit on how much you can cash out! This casino is a complete scam. I contacted live chat several times and was told I couldn't withdraw due to technical problems, they never had an issue accepting my Bitcoin deposits. Each time I reached out, the agents stopped responding. I sent multiple emails to support with no replies and reached out to the promotions person with my username, but still got no response. I should have done my research before depositing money in this casino. I've read many reviews that say the EXACT SAME THING from years before

This casino is like anyone else that's just like it and if I had thinking right their group with all the same format same games same promotions while they do give a free spin free chip bonus you never cash out until you deposit the same amount your bonuses have low cash out amounts considering the amount that they want you to deposit high play through amounts which pretty much make it impossible for you to win anything.

I was gonna play a coupon so I did it was like the 156 or 200.  So you play well I play amd play thru was hitting good on Medusa  I believe.   So go to cash out $156 then wait the btc tab when u paste  it pasted all CAPS. This casino really kinda s***s... I joined because of the instant withdrawal advertising...so I signed up with a max cash of $550...so I go to cashout...I'm verified and deposited with bitcoin

..( this is a little more than a month ago) so everything is seet to enjoy this so called instant withdrawal....and now here I am pissed off o er a month later with with $550 just sitting in the account..with their support staff refusing to tell me what the hell is going on...so there's my very mildly put opinion about lucky owl

Beware of this casino they are full of misinformation and extremely poor customer service. I kindly asked a representative how to withdraw money from my account because I had used $30 credit he advised I would have to make a deposit of $25 and then withdraw my maximum of $30 at no time. Did he advise that the balance in my account would go to zero as you can see with the attached screenshot of an email I had a balance of over $2500 in my account. Why would I cash out $30 and give all of that up. Know time did the representative advise me that I would lose my balance.. the play was 50 times the original amount which would’ve been 1500 which I covered completely nowhere in there did it say that the rest of money would become null and void. When contacting customer service again, I asked to cancel the withdrawal and have the money refunded to my account. They refused and then asked for manager and was told there was not available. Finally I was told a manager will be available in six hours this was at 3:30 in the afternoon.. representative, not give me a time just said contact in six hours. At this time I spoke with another representative, who tried to get me a manager, and everyone refused to talk to me. Try again this morning to get a manager. I was told there’s no manager available.. this casino is full of misinformation and has extremely bad customer service beware stay clear. 

This casino sucks. They rope you in with a no deposit bonus, in my case $150, then about 10 min. into playing they shut you down and tell you your time is up. LAME.
