I have one twice at this casino and both times they have found some stupid excuse not to pay. This time it was a bed over $5 on one hand. Last time it was I had played deuces wild maybe. Yesterday i joined with 30$ no deposit bonus which had to wager 900$ and the max withdraw is $50. 

I met the wager playing slots at $5 or less and was told after the wager is met any excess winnings are not withdrawable so i could do what i like with them. I turned the 50 into 1300 dollars at one stage testing different games instead of just requesting a withdrawal. 

When the time came to make a withdrawal i was told bank wire is not possible only bitcoin. 

I made the withdrawal request of 50 dollars then was told i beed to verify. 

I verified and then was told payout rejected because i played above 5 dollars after i met the wager. 

This is not mentioned in the terms for after the wager has been met and another department is telling me now that i neer to deposit atleast 20 dollars before they fwn send me a withdrawal. 

This is also not mentioned in the terms. The only thing which is mentioned is that upto 5 dollars counts towards your wager and that 900 dollars is the wager and 50 dollars is the max cash out. 

This looks like a company that prey on providing promotions to get customers but the ones who successfully win this promotion it feels they will just prevent paying out. 

If a company cant pay out 50 dollars, i dont think it will be much different when you invest real money and convert into big winnings. 

I was keen on using the platform but customer service and fair practise is high priority. I am stil waiting for a reply now as they have just took my withdrawal balance to 0 now. 

Wasted a lot of my time and no care for actual customer support.
