I have always used my visa debit card, recently they changed the casino platform & the depositing page & I can no longer use my visa debit card :0( very sad experience, would like to know from other players is they have had a similar experience, I am not a bitcoin/paypal/etc etc user, but if you are a bitcoin player this will be a good RTG casino. p.s. have no trouble using my visa debit at other casinos

The casino is nice enough but the withdrawal process is a complete sham. My friend that has tried to make a withdrawal went through all sorts of stuff to just give up in the end. From identity fails to couldn't get into his account as it was locked for some reason.

so far so good with this casino. Many mixed reviews here so I'll just have to wait and see because the games are sweet and the customer service centre is also pretty sharp and on the ball.
