Heats Casino Review

Bit of a different story to the other 1 star reviews on here. I liked this casino I had withdrew small amounts a couple times which were instant and they were always generous with cash back and bonuses.

However now I have won a decent amount and it’s nearing on two days with no sign of my money they say it’s a delay with the processor and because it’s the weekend it may not be resolved until Monday.

Also a delay would just mean it takes a bit longer than usual, this is clearly not that and won’t be sent until someone decides to action something. Otherwise how do they ever complete withdrawals over the weekend which has been fine for me in the past.

They absolutely do not respond to the customer support email, they keep closing the live chat on me then I can’t access it further. They are rude and snide and don’t appreciate that the one time I win something solid there, that when it’s delayed two days, why I might be frustrated.

The bring up how of course they are an instant cashout casino as I have experienced in the past, unfortunately for them they are only as good as their worst performance and this will always be in my mind before I consider playing here again. Their major selling point was instant withdrawals, but now they don’t even have that

I registered with this casino as there were 100 free spins and no deposit & as per usual, I had to contact support. Then when I contacted support she said that finance would add the bonus & she would let me know when it was done.  Well,  I'm still waiting.  This is enough to not play here.

It's a wonderful casino. I've been playing at Heats for a week now and so far I have only good comments to make, their withdrawals are always fast (tested it four times), their support agents are really helpful and I got a lot of nice bonuses just talking to them. Overall, nothing to complain about, I'm staying for a long while for sure 🤩

This is the go-to place for jackpot chasers. The excitement of spinning for a huge win keeps me coming back. Definitely worth trying if you’re feeling lucky! The jackpot slots are absolutely thrilling—every spin feels like it could be the one that changes your life. The graphics and sound effects are incredible.

Casino itself looked promising in But the culture of support on the chat gives a lot to think about One lady in particular, her answers are thrown at the client in an unprofessional manner

It is a sister casino of Del Oro casino. I tried a few Heats casino games with a free spins bonus. the site navigation is slow, not easy to find a game. plus the bonus conditions are not good.

Quick to sign up. Lovely games and graphics. Good deposit options and the first deposit bonus is useful.

Big things that turned out well, a big bet and a big loss fortunately ended in a big win

Live casino, good promotions, and bonuses.Easy registration.

Great games and daily bonuses great win opportunities here I highly recommend it. Good luck.

interesting casino, with nice graphics, and a friendly support approach, only the no deposit bonus is missing

German Players are accepted. The welcome bonus is non-sticky with 150% and a minimum deposit of 10€. Games Are good and a lot of payment options.

A lot of game providers and payment options including my favorite Neteller, Skrill. Live casino dealers are here too.

Best experience ever, the website is super user-friendly, and all the information is there on the page and on every game. The only reason I talked to someone was to verify my account, and I won!!!
