Even if I initiate a chat and get disconnected, I will still receive an email with a copy of the response to my inquiry, which I can directly respond to. Response times are pretty fast too. Gtbets also has a few of my favorite games that aren't available in my other preferred casinos. My only complaint is that I am unable to redeem my reward points due to the fact that I won and withdrew a somewhat large amount.
