On February 10, I made a transaction to deposit money into your system. The system said that it was delayed the whole time and told me to wait 2 days and 48 hours. I waited until the 48 hours were up. Yesterday, I tried to communicate with the admin via email. Then, they kept changing the subject until today. They concluded that they did not receive my money. So, I had to find related information to find out where the money was transferred to and where it was transferred to. Finally, the money went into your company's system. So, how can you say that you did not receive it?

So here I wish higher management team can know what happens , and what the admin do
