Hi, I've been a member for a while now. I've played, deposited and withdrawn some winnings without any problems, but my last win of 2,300 with real money, not bonuses, was rejected because the Mac withdrawal is 1,000 euros per day. After this, I sent a message via chat that my account was banned for alleged multiple accounts. What was not there when I asked to withdraw my money as per the contract, even in the case of a banned account? I haven't received a response since August 12th, what am I waiting for?

I would say it’s been a pretty horrible experience. Almost every time frame whether it be for verification or withdrawal has been false. I won, and the whole time whilst winning I was lookin at verifying my account but the site wouldn’t physically let me. Then so I figured I’d just withdrawal because verification wasn’t an option.

Fast forward 12 hours (mind you the withdrawal time frame was 20min-6hours for crypto) I don’t even receive notification that my withdrawal was rejected. I now have to do KYC, like what a twisted roundabout way of getting someone to do it, obviously for the sake of delaying payment.

The kyc tab says 30 seconds for approval, well it’s almost been 24 hours now so that’s also a lie obviously.

Not to mention they have the worst most inaccessible support staff I have ever been in contact with. They just don’t respond on live chat, when they do periodically respond on tg or email. They completely discuss the wrong thing as if they haven’t looked at your profile for more than a second or they deliberately just say the wrong thing because I’m not sure how they come to some of their responses. E.g I ask where my verification is at, answer: withdrawals times are 48 hours. I ask where my verification for kyc is at, answer: mobile phone verification isn’t necessary. They are so blatantly wrong and the time frames are completely off.

So now who knows if I’ll get my money, I’m not banking on it, they are clearly massive proponents of the delay so people gamble their winnings proponent.

I fell for their "no deposit" bonus gimick, won 50 bucks after wager was complete. They then required a deposit to withdraw the funds. The moment i deposited almost instantly i was kicked from the server and my account was banned for "Ban reason: 3.3 Your account with the Website must be registered in your own and correct name. Only one account per person, per household / address, per phone number / email, and per IP address is allowed. Aldo in the tirmw I found that all winnings from playing with real money balance will be addet to the bonus funds and not to the real money balance.
