I have a bad experience with casino and i think that they don't have Fairplay and also we don't need trust them especially in big winning , i have an account verified ( documents ) but after 2 or 3 months i was request a new withdrawal so they have requested new documents and rejected my withdrawal request after one hour of request! , i have upload the documents again with selfie of me holding ID and request again withdrawal and i'm waiting that they sent me my winning since a while ( more than 48h). Pros: Great selection, great service, love this casino. Payments on time usually with out issue and I have deposited loads in the past and never had an issue with withdrawals.Cons: I have had 2 confirmed withdrawals that have not been paid. both on the 12th May and now it is the 21st May I have sent documents and bank statements to support with evidence showing that they the payments have actually not been paid into my account. I normally get withdrawals within a day of receiving the standard ‘your withradwal was successful email they send’ but it has been 9 days. They have all of the info and evidence and say they are working on it, but I have no idea why it is taking so long? I do not recommend signing up here as they do not honor their promotions. I joined through tbfcl as it seemed like a nice, decent casino, boy was I wrong!I made my first deposit which was advertised to come with a 100% match bonus which didn't make it's way to my account despite contacting the not at all friendly or helpful chat team which more or less said bad luck and implied that tbfcl had made the bonus up and they wouldn't be held responsible.
