You receive 50 free spins at 1/2 cent. But they only let you spin 20 times before it says you are out of spins. When you tries to play the winnings, you are only allowed to play 1/3 of winnings before it cancels out. Although I have not deposited, I would not trust this casino with any deposits based on the actions of their promo.

I made an account and used the promo code for the 50 spins. After i used i went to verify my acccount through my ID etc. Before I coud finish the disbanded me for no apparent reason. When I asked them they told me it was confidential and couldn't tell me wth??

I have been looking into their T&C to see if there’s a reasonable explanation for the casino’s destination to restrict the access to your account but couldn't find any specific reason why. The only thing I noticed was that providing the right documents is needed if requested.
What bonus did you play? Did you have any luck on winning big and if I may ask what country you are coming from? If you have proof of the deposit details? The problem will be the license of the casino website at Costa Rica is a bad one and less trudyed and an offshore licens.....
Keep us posted on the progress..... you can also inform chipy.com support team about this so they can maybe get in contact with the company and provide more details on this matter.
One last thing in the T&C of the casino they state the minimum deposit amount is 20$ and a rollover of 3x hour deposit is needed before you are able to withdrawal winnings
