Thx for your review about the issue you have encountered... I have been looking into their T&C to see if there’s a reasonable explanation for the casino’s destination to restrict the access to your account but couldn't find any specific reason why. The only thing I noticed was that providing the right documents is needed if requested. 

What bonus did you play? Did you have any luck on winning big and if I may ask what country you are coming from? If you have proof of the deposit  details? The problem will be the license of the casino website at Costa Rica is a bad one and less trudyed and an offshore licens.....  

Keep us posted on the progress..... you can also inform chipy.com support team  about this so they can maybe get in contact with the company and provide more details on this matter.

One last thing  in the T&C  of the casino  they state  the minimum deposit amount is 20$ and a rollover of  3x hour deposit is needed before you are able to withdrawal winnings

We investigated this with our payment provider, and the provider confirmed that the transaction you referenced was sent to a different merchant, not to FoxSlots. That’s why it never reached your FoxSlots balance and could not be credited on our side. Our team has already shared this information with you, along with the deposit details/link provided by the payment system so you can trace where the payment was actually routed.

At this stage, we kindly ask you to check your transaction history on any other sites you may have used around the same time, as the payment appears to have been completed outside of our project. If you still need help locating it, please contact us at support@foxslots.com with the transaction reference, and we’ll gladly guide you further.

@FoxSlots  how can a deposit from a player to his account at your casino end up somewhere else at an other merchant if it passed and confirmed from YOUR payment provider a transaction took place? It's also alarming to hear that this payment provider disclosed information abouf transactions made from people if they are not addressed to your company. Such personal data is strictly forbidden to share with a third-party company! 

To clarify this for  example:

If I would transfer money to my sister's account my payment provider may not in any circumstances disclose or confirm any information about this if my brother would ask for info about my transaction history. 

It also strikes me that this payment was processed to any other merchant happened to be the same provider your company uses 

All questionable explanations.

But with the casino website operating under offshore license Costa Rica there's no authority to confirm or turn to regarding these Issues....
