Had a less than stellar experience on fortune jack. Game selection was their strong point but that was quickly over shadowed by poor game play. I deposited 3 times.. didn't win anything besides a dollar or 2. Absolutely wasn't returning 90 something % to player. After reading everyone elses review on here i will not be donating anymore money to them. Highly suggest another option. Oh and customer service yeah they are very unfriendly towards a new customer (me) on not one but both occasions in which i needed help trying to obtain the 1st deposit bonus spins and the second, both attempts were unsuccessful. Doubt they will be around long.. under that name anyway. 

I have only ever deposited, never won anything until last night. I requested crypto withdrawal as I only ever use crypto for like $500, it was denied and they are "reviewing my account" then they requested KYC, which it showed as immediately successful, still can't withdraw as support says they now need to "manually verify" my account and she can't give me a timeframe. I reviewed their restricted countries and USA is in fact on the list and the support claims not to trust Chipy. I am guessing now that i got the winnings to 3k, it will likely be denied. I would ask chipy to take them off the no KYC list and also remove from USA players accepted, as both are untrue. Pretty heartbroken as i could really use that money right now.

Fortune Jack casino unfortunately denies they have any connection to the Chipy website and I could not talk their support into honoring the 120 free spins or the terms of the welcome bonus advertised here. I explained to them that I would never have even found their site without the link from their affiliate here at Chipy.com and it seems they followed the path of many other scammy type sites that don't want to honor their affiliate links advertising. We all know it's just a way for them to give worse terms on the welcome bonus and not honor free spins. So when the support agent said I could try to use other promo codes, I asked if I could use the one printed on the LCB website. The agent once again denied knowing anything about LCB and any affiliate links they may have. Funny thing is, they even have the award they won on LCB in 2023 posted on their own Fortune Jack casino website. So that told me all I needed to know about this casino and I asked then to immediately close my account. Very rude and unprofessional live chat agent there as well. I won't support any site that scams their affiliates. It's telling of how they will treat their players. I also saw in their terms that ALL deposit bonuses come with a 5x MAX cashout when using ANY deposit bonus. Awful terms when a million other crypto casinos have NO MAX CASHOUT terms on ALL their deposit

bonuses. Don't waste ur time. 

I’ve been using FortuneJack’s daily free spins through email and regularly participated in their “Treasure of the Aztecs” promotion for quite some time. Today, for the first time ever, I managed to win something and actually completed the 30x wagering requirement.

I reached out to support and spoke with “Emmy,” who simply told me the decision couldn’t be changed — without any explanation or opportunity for discussion. I followed up with a detailed appeal, explaining everything and asking for a proper investigation.

Unfortunately, their response to my appeal was just a copy-paste of the same generic message I had already received. No one acknowledged the details I shared, and no proof of wrongdoing was given.

Whether this was a mistake or something else, it’s extremely disheartening to be banned right after a legitimate win — especially as a long-time free user who played in good faith.

If you’re a free user thinking about investing your time or money into FortuneJack, I would strongly recommend being cautious — and definitely avoid using a VPN, as it might get you falsely flagged.

Free user, finally won and completed wagering, tried to withdraw, got banned for “multi-accounting” (which I didn’t do). Appealed with a detailed explanation, but got a copy-paste reply with no evidence or review. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.

There isn't a lot to say about fortune jack, I signed up, got free spins without a deposit, and didn't win anything lol. This website looks like it's easy to understand, the games are all legit and they are a licensed casino! I asked support of there were any other no deposit bonus, no sadly. Live chat que was 10 seconds.

I was told by support no codes or deals except ones on Web site are allowed!!!!

I won big in sportsbetting and they refused to pay, so I took them to court in their country of license, so they charged their livense! I have a court order from Curacao for them to pay but now they fled the country

Totally differenr layout than what im used to which was nice if u like change. Support was quick n as typically seen. Not highky impressed personally since im a creature of routine n change takes time i dont have to waste  learning new.

I would have given you a better review of it weren't for the no deposit bonus requiring you to make a deposit to access your winnings.  All in all a not-too-bad experience.

Attractive Layout with quick & simple navigations.  They no longer offer the 100 ND FS, and Support wasn't able to grant any kind of freebies to get familiar with the casino.  Deposit bonus offers appeared to have contradicting minimums, causing confusion.
