I've been waiting for my winnings for over a month. During the pandemic, my winnings weren't paid out once before. Despite this, I gave Eurobets casino another chance and continued depositing and playing. I won in October, and my winnings are still being withheld. I'm promised that the winnings will be paid out, but nothing has happened.

I was disappointed again. No reputable casino treats its long-standing, loyal customers like this...

I don't know why chipy, who is supposed to be reputable, is still promoting Eurobets.  They won't pay out!  What's even worse is that they just straight up stole my verification deposit.  See emails below.  They claim they will pay and will pay and even after I made the verification deposit, they NEVER sent my payment.  Then a year later, they tried to get me to go back by offering me a $25 chip.  Lmfao...offering me my own money back as a free chip?  Despicable.  DONT PLAY HERE!!  RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN.  WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY REPUTABLE CASINOS, WHY GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SCAM ARTISTS.  IF THEY WANNA MAKE THINGS RIGHT, THEN PAY ME MY $125 FROM 2023 AND THEN WE CAN TALK.  

I have made several deposits with this website with only 1 $500 withdrawal in over a year playing.. On August 16th 2024 I won $1,000 while playing. I submitted a payout request on that day. It is now almost 2 months later and I still have not received my payout. 

The payout is still in "requested" status. Every time I reach out to chat I either get ignored or I get told "technical issues you'll get it soon," "I have to talk to my manager," "the finance team is processing it" or "you'll get it soon." Nothing has changed in 2 months and they still continue to advertise "instant withdrawals on bitcoin."

I have sent over 40 emails to their support and customer support emails. On Oct 2nd, I finally received a response from their support email saying they are processing the payout and I should receive it in 24-48 hours. Of course, after 48 hours I never received it. When I followed up via chat I talked to "christopher" who said they "have a lot of withdrawals to process and I'll receive it soon." I followed up via email on the 5th, 6th, and 7th (today) and the only response I received was from Grace (customer support) saying they're working on it but didn't give me any kind of timeline. 

I have screenshots of the withdrawal still pending and all of the times that I was promised when I'd receive it. 

This website is the biggest scam. Stay away.

Please read terms and conditions re start bonus ($225 dollar start bonus). you have ten minutes from the time you claim this bonus(not your first spin). i didnt even spin a single slot before i ran out of time. i approched the support team and was then accused of running two accounts (second account was my partners) i asked for advice as of what i should do. i was given a one word answer then ignored. also was told i couldnt claim anymore but chipys ndb worked.dont think ill visit this site again

I've just been reading  reviews so I thought I would just add my own  they have the basics games rival some bitsoft ECT,  I played there for a a few months now. Its been a month since i tried to withdraw $50 and they just ignore me. Stay away from this casino or should i say scam palace.

This casino is by far the greatest thing to ever happen ever. I deposited $50 and cashed out with $1,000. Great support team. Really just all around terrific experience. This is my primary source of income now besides my mother.
